Had a notification of 'delivery attempted' despite waiting in for this parcel and no one came to the door or rang the doorbell all day. The tracking stated another 'attempted' delivery was made the next day - not convinced this was a genuine attempt either as no one came to the property and no card was put through the door. Had to reach out to customer services to ask what happens next as no instructions were provided and received no further communication. Was sent a link to book a redelivery myself. Item was then delivered, but on a totally different day to the one I had rebooked?. The system feels quite disorganised and not simple or user friendly for customers. I asked Parcelforce for evidence of the two alleged delivery attempts, but they were not able to provide any, just apologised.

An absolute shambles. I paid over four times more for a ‘guaranteed’ 4day delivery, it’s now 8 days and they don’t know where my parcel is. The guarantee is meaningless, apparently it’s that they will ‘do their best’ to make it in 4 days. Helpline conversations…. Day 4…..‘it’s arrived in Madrid. Day 5 ….its going through customs and is now with Correos the local carrier. ‘May be delivered tomorrow’ Day 8….It couldn’t be in Madrid as It hasn’t left the country yet. The item is very important and if they could just confirm its whereabouts I’d feel a lot better in spite of their awful service, I don’t know where to go next.

You talk to a bot from start to finish and it takes ages. This might be cheap for parcelforce but my time is valuable to me. This is not at all customer focussed service.

My parcel was collected 22nd of may in the Netherlands, its the 25th of may today and its still in the Parcel Force World Wide depot in the Netherlands, useless.

My parcel was attempted to be delivered 5 times however, only received "Missed You" card once!! Same as the CCTV footage show only one visit. In the End had to pick up my parcel as they are incompetent at delivering.

Not even worthy of one star!! and you lot want a PAY RISE?????? Lazy, rude and the worlds most unhelpful automated phone system. Paid a premium for next day, before 9 delivery.. nothing. Then a day later I got a card through the door. If they had made any sound, they would have made a delivery as I was working from home. On CCTV the river approaches the door, not with a parcel..just the card!!! The big clue of my big van on the drive??. Lights on in the house?. So, I pay for a saturday delivery. No-one arrives. Monday..no card, no-one. Track the parcel and apparently they 'attempted to deliver' at 10.19am. My CCTV says no-one even came close all day. Telephone met with apathy and rudeness. Tomorrow I get to drive 20 miles to go and get my parcel myself. Business owners, DO NOT USE THESE LAZY B4RST4RDS.. Pay rise??. How about sack the lot of you..

Never got a call, text or email to say that my parcel was out for delivery. Was home the entire day and supposedly, Parcelforce tried to deliver my parcel and failed to. I got no texts/calls saying they were on their way or at the door or I would have waited at the door. I got no texts/calls/card saying "We missed your delivery" either. Absolutely no contact about anything. No delivery window, no tracking, no call or text on arrival, no proof that they attempted to deliver, only the looming threat that I'll eventually have to try picking up a bulky bit of furniture from the depot myself. Horrible service.

It's just a lazy bastards This bastards does on purpose leave a notice card so than later you pay for the delivery again Such idiots I have no problems with other companies at all just PARCEL FORCE never get to my flat

I was waiting for a parcel to arrive the next day but the parcel never came even though I was at home waiting. I went to the depot in Camden in the afternoon when I saw in the tracking that my package is in the depot hoping to just pick up my package. I can't thank you enough to Rags who was so kind and accomodating who went beyond and tried to look for my package. Luckily he found it right away. I am so grateful to him for trying for I was already getting stressed and frustrated that day. Thank you so much! I am truly grateful to Rags.

I live in Dundee Scotland 21 miles from my nearest parcelforce branch on numerous days they have tagged my parcels as unable to deliver..... However I am a stay-at-home employee work from home and nobody has tried to deliver these parcels not has anybody left a note to say they had been..... Today I had a bra delivered and they told me they were unable to deliver it I know a bra fits through the letterbox nobody has tried to deliver it. Perth Scotland your parcelforce service is diabolical

I went to the Camden branch, royal college st, just before closing time this evening to post a parcel to USA. Spoke to "Rags" who was very polite & pleasant. Considering the time I went there he was still very professional. He was there late because of this & he gave me advice regarding the delivery process. I cannot fault the customer service with him in this branch.

I paid a premium for a next day delivery but nothing arrived by the given time so spoke to the company who dispatched the package and Parcelfarce told them the driver was 4 miles away , after 5 more hours still no package so rang supplier again and they said parcelfarce said package returned to depot for a Monday delivery , so the package was returned to depot at 4.00 on Friday afternoon? So the driver wanted wanted early finish on Friday ? When they say we deliver until 6 pm . Absolutely garbage and they don’t pick up the phone to you , so now we have a expensive piece of harvesting equipment stood for parts - they don’t call them PARCELFARSE for nothing they’re now costing my farming contracting business money -don’t use them

HORRIBLE company to deal with. DO NOT USE THEM! These people will constantly lie and lie everyday to you, then your package will eventually seemingly disappear. They will claim to have attempted delivery (even if you have CCTV evidence to prove otherwise) and then claim they have left a card.....which they don't. A scam in its purest form. CEO Gary Simpson is nothing but a scam artist.

I would give them 0 stars. They told me attempted the delivery but didn´t and never left a card. There is a concierge in my building and he told me they just came to deliver the parcel because the postman was in a hurry so he just left. They never left a card and never called me as I was on that week working at home; the excuse they gave me is that they couldn´t find the buzzer.... Every time I tried to get in touch with them it took me too long and wasted a lot of time... Never using it again and don't recommend it to anyone”

Parcelforce left my son's Christmas present apparently at the neighbors 99B Stoke Newington High Street! Hackney, it's signed why has Parcelforce not contacted the neighbor and requested it back, why have they not contacted the police as its signed for! I never gave permission to them to deliver it to anyone else, This service is not acceptable DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE

I was to receive a parcel from Belfast to Dublin. Three weeks gone by and no sign of it. Sent an email to the company just to be informed that my parcel was on the way back since no redelivery was arranged. I NEVER got any letter saying they tried the delivery and what should be the next step. Awful company. Never using it again and don't recommend it to anyone

LIARS. LIARS. LIARS. If I could give Parcelforce, London Central Depot, 24-58 Royal College Street, Camden London Central NW1 0QA 0 stars I would. They are despicable. I am so cross. Paid near £60 for 48 hour delivery on a collection. 9 times they have said they went to pick it up. LIES. The firm has CCTV and they haven't gone once. This was booked 11 days ago. It is a present for my son. Now he won't have his present on Christmas day. DISGUSTED how Parcelforce employees can get away with this. I have done live chats and phone calls over the last 4 days to get this resolved, and they assured me it would be picked up the next day. One of the phone calls contacted the driver who said it had been picked up 5 mins ago but he forgot his scanner which was why it didn't show up on the internet tracking. I made her hold and rang the firm who informed me, no, the collection item was still there and no one has collected it yet. LIARS. NO, NOT A CHANCE of them doing their job what they are getting paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS.

Avoid this company !!! I was expecting a 10.800 kg parcel, but the courier delivered to me only a piece of cardboard that contained only my address and a barcode sticker. I asked the courier where my package was sent to me, they answered that he don’t know and only has this piece of cardboard for me !!! I refused to take it as a package !!! We called so many times and received answers that they would contact us. In the end, we were told to send a list of things in the package to the email. We did everything that they demanded from us but did not receive any answer .. No one ever called us or answered the email, and we still haven’t received an answer
