It is so important to check reviews about service providers, and yet I didn't follow the rule. I would say 1 start rating is incredibly high for the kind of service I have received fro Parcel Force. From the moment I attend to the counter in the post office in Dalston Kingsland, where I was actually given wrong information regarding "guaranteed service" Then, dealing with "International Office Helpdesk Advisor" Nicola Clarke, and finally doing my best to find the right person, "Manager" Curtis Riley, who could actually wear my shoes, the service consumer. I would not use Parcel Force service again even if they were the ONLY service providers. It took me several phone calls, emails, and precious time, to reach to: 1- Global express fee 2- A parcel that never made its final destination 3- A parcel that is now back in the UK with an extra "return fee" to be paid 4- Bitter experience 5- Many calls with pretty rude staff The most impressive part of the story is, I kindly asked for the conversation recordings and the "unprofessional" manager said to me "this can not be provided"... It means, I MUST trust them, a company that from the very beginning provided misleading information, incredible poor customer service and lies. Difficult to trust to Nicola Clarke - she did her best at the beginning, however, she knows Parcel Force made a big mistake, and then tried to cover her back using her Manager. Curtis Riley - I own businesses, and and the end of the story, first of all you need to understand and wear the customer shoes. YES, you stand for your people and your organisations, but most importantly, you need to recognise when a mistake has been made. You are rude, a big liar, and only because I dont have the time, I would have loved to teach you a lesson, you MUST respect your customers. You NEVER listened to the conversation, you JUST listened what you wanted to. Parcel Force, a lot of work to do with your TEAM...!

Took day off work and waited all day for my parcel. Then check tracking. Says I wasn't in and have to collect from post office myself.... Yet was in all day... The most amusing part of it was the record saying they attempted 3 times to deliver... One at 9.52, one at 9.57 and another at 10.01.......LOL That does not count as repeated attempts in the space of 9 minutes!!!! Especially as I'm about 4ft from the door all day. Literally only delivery company we have ever had late or no delivery. Saying you have delivered doesn't count as attempting and seems everyone else having this same issue. Come on guys your a business....you are paid to do a very simple job

Shocking service - DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE. The tracking service said that an attempt had been made to collect the parcel, but this was an outright lie as the parcel has been on the doorstep for two days. No response by customer service - trying to get a refund

Should be renamed Parcel Farce! They have had my parcel in my nearest depot since the 3rd of Feb. I have been promised time after time it will be delivered "tomorrow". It is true that tomorrow never comes! Yesterday they suggested I do a 50 mile round trip to go and collect it! Seriously. I cringe whenever I get sent a ParcelFarce tracking number for items I purchase. They have now had this package at their depot for 3 days on a 24 hour service.

This company is fraud. Was home the whole day waiting for me BT installation kit only for me to receive a text that they attempted delivery when they didn't. Wish it will be close down

Parcel force are absolutely dreadful there are no other words to describe their service. If you are a company and want to provide your customers with a good service DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE! I have a parcel sitting with them for delivery, the customs fees have been paid, they provided me with an email receipt confirming they received payment and provided me with a delivery date. They missed the delivery date and I called them, they told me they haven't received my payment despite it showing on the tracking that they have, they provided a receipt to show that they have and the money is taken out of my bank. They told me they need a receipt from their payment gateway worldpay, this means nothing to me they had already acknowledge receipt of the payment and scheduled delivery! Now they tell me that they don't know when my parcel with be delivered even though it's sitting in my local delivery depot! I really hate the company and have had the same issue on the past with them missing delivery dates and they provide no update at all. I seldom write reviews but I really want to make everyone aware that this company provides the worst service putting even the worst of companies to shame. Very very poor, they should not be doing business.

The last 3 times have not been delivered on time. Absolutely NO information on their 'so called' tracking site link, and no attempt to deliver to anyone else, just let me travel the 10 miles to Dartford. I really don't know how it stays in business or the CEO still has a job! DPD are fantastic !

I imagine that people come here to give bad reviews after having had a terrible experience. The everyday successful delivery stirs no such emotion or need to rant. Here is my story. I sent a package from the USA to the UK. I went to the tracking page. My package was guaranteed to be delivered on February 11. The package was delivered February 5. Yes! 6 full days EARLY! So, CHEERS to you ParcelForce. Your company and employees impressed us beyond belief. Great job.

Parcelforce = Despair.......you've actually paid them to go and get it yourself at your "local?" Post Office, and then only possible after 24hrs further delay........and judging by the racks of undelivered parcels there you do wonder about the meaning of effort?

On the parcel tracking, the item has not left the depot. However, they have attempted delivery at the home address and left me a card to collect at the local post office which I need to pick up 24 hours after the attempted delivery. This is after 24hour delay. Hence 3 days to wait for the delivery which I have to collect.

Whenever I order something and the delivery service is parcel force I know it won’t be delivered , and I have to pick it up from the local post office . You wait in all day and no delivery. The excuse they use is insufficient address . They then send me a hand written letter to the insufficient address which arrives the next day , delivered by the post man , for you to pick up the parcel . So clearly they have made no attempt to deliver the parcel . This happens on a regular basis .

If I could put a minus I would! They can see by the photo's I've sent them that it's a miss-handling issue not packaging as they had completely flattened the parcel I was sending my sister. We sent it early December and we did not receive it back until 29th December in pieces! They will not accept any responsibility because it was glass, even though it was still in the M&S professional packaging. At no point when I was sending it via Parcelforce did anyone say it would not be covered! Their service from beginning to end was dreadful! Will NEVER use them again and would urge you all to use other more successful companies!

Always the same scenario, getting a card that no one was home and trying to rearrange delivery, waiting for my parcel for over a week, absolutely useless customer service. The worst service out there.

THEY ARE STEALING PARCELS. My big parcel was not delivered in today, but in the tracking page I can see that my parcel was given for somebody who's named J GORE. Nobody with this name living in my house. I was waitting for delivery all day and nobody come and knock in my doors, nobody even was in my front garden. I was calling to customer service TWICE and they told me they will call me back after they talk with driver. Nobody called me back. After 1 hour I was calling again and I heard the same thing. I was calling in Liverpool depot, they told me the same thing, I have to wait. Until now, no one even try to call me and let me know about my stolen parcel. It was very important parcel for me from my family. The box was not small and couldn't lost. Can anyone answer where is my parcel?? Are your company stealing from clients whos paying for you? I will call again, and again in your company. I will call in other institutions until i'll get my parcel from your company.

Absolutely disgusted at the service from Parcelforce. Pacakge containing jewellery was delivered, as was the jewellery box, but the items had been taken from inside. Parcelforce will accept no responsibility for this, even though they have stated the item was in the parcel upon it's arrival at their depot. What kind of company turns a blind eye to their employees stealing from customers?

Atrocious service. If you could work out how to create the worst service possible you still wouldn't be close to as bad as Parcel force. If you want it delivered to your local post office they charge £1 if you want a delivery at the weekend they charge an extra £12. If you want to change the address they charge £5.50 by the way these costs are all cumulative. So want it to a different address on a Saturday it's £17.50. We have had to deal with this failure of a company twice now both disastrous. So if you are a seller thinking of using these fools be clear we will not buy from you.

It's hard to imagine the accident that must have happened to cause such catastrophic damage to my parcel. Both guitar and hard case, tough enough to withstand my weight, arrived late at their destination, completely destroyed! Parcelforce do not provide cover for musical instruments over the value of £100 but were happy to sell me the additional cover when I booked online despite the fact that I had stated what was in the package in the appropriate field. So much for the service, how about customer care? When you book online you can't make your complaint over the telephone but instead have to tap out your frustrations on your keyboard to Live Chat. It was after a couple of attempts at this that I had the strong suspicion that I was being assessed by a chatbot before being connected to someone in the Claims department. Having uploaded all the requested files proving value, showing the packaging used and the damage, I still had to argue and argue hard, to convince Claims that I was at least entitled to the minimum £100 for the destruction of my guitar. I would advise, avoid at all costs!
