I’ve lost £350 worth of goods because of their incompetence and they took 4 months to get back to me let me know they would not provide the compensation in entitled to. Royal Mail should not partner with this appalling company and they are also washing their hands. Truly disappointing.”
“Avoid parcelforce, I took multiple days off work to receive a package which never came, said they attempted to deliver which they didn't and said they left a calling card which they didn't and then told me my address is wrong! Royal mail have never had an issue finding my address.
Why charge me when you cam delivery on your services, stressed out my pregnant wife and told her to come and collect item from depot as I no longer have any more days off work. Avoid avoid Avoid!!!!!!!! Please use ANY other carrier service and avoid these thiefs”
“Deliveries of goods from the warehouse to our shop did not happen several times and got delayed. Which means a lot of sales opportunities lost. Not acceptable but they just did not improve the service.”
“If I could give no stars then I would. Perishable goods sent to me with express 24 on 13/12/18. It is now 18/12/18 and they still haven't arrived. It's been sitting in a NW Hub for 2 days but customer advisor doesn't know where that is. Then it's been sitting in Aberdeen for 24 Hours. Still not arrived to me.
One excuse after another - we don't deliver on Saturdays. We don't deliver to your area the next day as you are in the Highlands and Islands. Aberdeen - Highlands and Islands, really! Why sell express 24 when I clearly means anything other than a next day delivery. Dreadful service.”
“A complete joke = you pay £17.70 express 24 for next day delivery and they don't tell you the parcel is held over night in a central hub. IN the end you find out that it is delayed and they don't give you a reason about from the fact that they have thousands of parcels to deal with! So what, if you can't deal with the job don't do it. Don't use this stupid Christmas period as you constantly let us down all year round. I have decided to boycott once and for all royal fail and parcel worse. They have ridiculous rude and helpless costumers service, the delivery driver never leave delivery note so you actually dont know did he really attempt to deliver...I went to the industrial area of Acton myself because there was no other chance for me to receive the parcel. When i called costumers service or messaged them on Twitter they simply said the parcel is back to the depot you can come to receive it here but I did paid for delivery from 1 to 3 days to my house. The woman from costumer service even hang up the phone until I was talking. She just hang up for no reason!! I think they all feel super miserable with their job and are having satisfaction and fun when someone is worried about their parcel and call or messege them. Their complains team is even worst, so please always check which one is the delivery company before you ever purchase anything online. And if it's parcel force be prepared for everything.”

“Parcel in transit 4 weeks. within the EU. No customer service representative was able to correctly locate the parcel. Non of them tried to resolve the issue. For price of 80 pounds my parcel is still not delivered. I have been contacted by the customer service person today to tell me that they couldn't deliver it for a week now due to lack of contact details. They have the address on the box. i am not sure how come this could be an excuse for not delivering the shipment. they didn't attempt top deliver it to the address, never received a delivery note from the courier. SO Unimpressed.”

“They tried to deliver my parcel on 28/11/2018 but wasn’t in so they took it back and left a card stating they would Redeliver next day working day waited in all day no show phoned them at 5.50pm he took my number and said he would phone driver and call back No phone call back 3rd day 30/11/18 phoned again 9.30am spoke to resolution manager he said will defo be coming today 30/11/18 as priority he would make sure so waited in all day again still no parcel poor poor service phoned again tonight all I keep getting is it’s out for delivery the drivers may well work late till 6.30pm just a fob off to get me off the phone what gives you the right to hold onto someone’s property with no explanation it’s embarrasing for a major delivery service PARCEL FORCE”
