“If there were a zero I would give it that! I need to get a parcel to France and was promised (by 3 members of staff at the Post Office) next day delivery on Friday. It's now Wednesday and the parcel is still in the UK. I paid £51 to have an event utterly ruined. Do NOT use Parcelforce.”
“They claim to have tried to deliver my parcel twice but I was in both times. I now have to collect the parcel from the Post Office. The sender paid for 48 hour delivery but it will be a week before I get it. Why does the "racking" lie - can't the drivers be bothered to deliver? I phoned customer services but was simply fobbed off. They believe the driver, effectively calling me a liar.

“Most likely the worst delivery experience I've ever had in my life!!! I recently ordered some beer online and hoped to enjoy some of it in the weekend. The delivery should have happened on Wednesday and I asked to leave it with a neighbour since I was at work. The parcel came back to the depot that day and no ticket was left anywhere to tell me what happened. Same story the day after so I called the depot to make sure they understood they could leave the parcel to a neighbour. On Friday the parcel (surprise surprise!) went back to the depot again, so I had to collect the parcel myself on Saturday without car (I don't drive unfortunately!) from their depot which is 4 miles away from my place. I want to express a big "thanks" to Mr. driver M Costin who evidently couldn't be bothered to waste his valuable time to find someone in a massive building where there are more than 350 flats for three days in a row!!! Much appreciated mate. Just to let you know, I'm really looking forward to tasting my beer after has been shaken around all the way around Nottingham for all these days. You're welcome to join me for a toast if you want!”
“I was given a time slot for my ebay package to be delivered on Thursday between 17:24 and 18:24 well it never showed up and at 17:52 the tracking changed to on it's way back to the depot. I gave a bad review on trustpilot and had someone from parcelforce email me on Friday for the item number gave it to them and then at around 12:50 I saw the tracking change from at the depot to out for delivery....well again the package didn't arrive and now apparently back at the South west depot. This is a present for son's birthday TODAY and now I have to disappoint him....I only have a few games for him to open but nothing to play them on. This is appalling, unacceptable service.”

Except I paid for Express Guaranteed delivery because it needed to get there this morning!?!!”
“Ordered an item from a dealer in Wales. Informed item was sent Parcel Force. 8 days later item had not arrived. Dealer was told item was damaged, but Parcel Force web site said the item was delivered. Obtained a refund and ordered same item from another dealer promising next day delivery. Ordered and paid only to find that the item was again being sent Parcel Force. You have guessed it, parcel never arrived. Parcel Force tracking site is not currently working. Just exactly what are managers doing to oversee this mess. Look up Parcel Force reviews and 95% are unhappy with this company.”

I really don't understand why companies use Parcelforce for their deliveries.
I ordered from B&Q and the item was supposed to be delivered next day. I received a text from Parcelforce following morning saying the item will be delivered between 11.00 and 12.00
Item was not delivered! I check the online tracking and it said, it was sent back to local depot!!! I called several times an no one could tell me why but they kept asking me for my contact number each time and promised to call me back.
Two days later still nothing and no one knows where the item is!!!!
This is not my first bad experience with Parcelforce but I regret not leaving a negative review last time...
I personally never use Parcelforce and really wonder why any company would want to, given this company's track record!

“Absolute shower of no hopers who just cannot deliver any parcels within the time frame. often many days late. They never respond to poor reviews. I can understand why they don't respond to poor reviews, they would need a large team to respond as they have a 95% Plus failure rate. look at the reviews here and on T Pilot.
Management need to be fired they have been in place long enough and have not improved indeed they have done the opposite.”
“Disgusting service. Three times the parcel has 'been out for delivery'. Three times its not turned up. I'm am beyond annoyed 2/3 times they didn't even bother to try and get it here. The third time apparently the driver returned to the deport due to a family matter. Not confirmed by the tracking I should add. This parcel is important and i have still yet to receive it. I have contacted my supplier to see if they can get my item back and resend it another way.”
“I've now waited another four days since my last post. No delivery (actually was sent a time slot yesterday, needless to say nothing happened, in the time slot or at all. Was hoping to attach a screen shot of the tracking report but, despite having a 27inch iMac, can't get it into one frame! Have now cancelled the order for a full refund, and am going to collect flooring from another supplier - at least I will know the when and where. “I paid extra for insurance to cover my parcel. Item was less than 3Kg and the outer part of the item was a steel enclose. The damage Parclel force did to my package literally dented the corner of the steel enclosure. This was packed inside high density packing foam and in a thick cardboard box. To do this kind of damage they must have dropped it from a massive height or threw it across a room. Claim was rejected due to insufficient packaging. What a joke.
Will never use again.”
“Appalling service from this company, do not use. Paid for collection of 3 items that were returns. Sent back unopened in exact packaging they were delivered in. Paid for insurance. Parcelforce driver dropped first one straight in front of me splitting it but still took all 3. They then broke another and so only delivered one. Value of the other two totals over £200 and they refuse to both pay out on insurance AND refuse to return my property to me citing poor packaging (they got to me fine!). Theft in all but name.”
“Very poor customer service. I was waiting between 7 am and 6 pm almost 4 days for flooring delivery. I wrote many emails and I spoke to them over the phone asking when approximately the package (flooring) will be delivered (they refused to offer any time slot). I also asked them to ring me if they would have any information. (No one rang or emailed me) The tracking system was not updated, However, after 2 days I read a message 'Your parcel has unfortunately, been sorted to the wrong delivery depot' but not delivery date/time given.
I had to rebook a floor fitter 3 times. Very frustrating and disappointing. I would not use them again. The seller (from Amazon) was apologetic and offer 10% reduction of the product.”

30 mins on the phone trying to find out what happened, Mobai or similar for tracking a parcel out of Gatwick, then put through to Milton Keynes, then put through to London South, then put through to midlands. Finally a really helpful intelligent man gave me the number and caller option to get through to gatwick. I PUT DETAILS HERE BUT PARCELFORCE REPORTED IT OBVIOUSLY DON'T WANT ANYONE GETTING HOLD OF THEM!. Then i am told that the parcel out for del yesterday was not on the van. So you would think it would go out next day, oooh no, placed on van then transferred back to depot and out for delivery Saturday to my office!!
I needed the parcel for Sat morning at home. I think the drivers probably leave the depot with their failed delivery cards pre filled out !! The chap at Gatwick said "We are having problems with parcels not being loaded at the moment" bizarre! I am going to use HERMES from now on, never had a problem with them in the past. ADDED TODAY 1 DAY LATER PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE TODAY EITHER AFTER THEY CONFIRMED YESTERDAY THAT IT WOULD WHAT A SHOWER OF S....”
“I have never experienced such a useless service. I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE PARCEL FORCE AGAIN. I ordered an urgent 48 hour delivery on Wednesday but it will not not arrive until Monday. Having spent hours trying to get through the the depot yesterday, and trying to ensure a Saturday delivery that I was willing to pay extra for, I spoke to a blasé, unhelpful man who said he would call back and did not. Now I am up early in a Saturday trying to contact them again, holding for half an hour, she tells me it will not go until Monday. So what more can I do?! This is an urgently needed delivery which is stuck at the depot because I KNOW that the lazy drivers did not fancy lifting the two 25kg parcels. Do not offer to send heavy parcels if your drivers cannot be bothered to deliver them!!!! AN UNRELIBLE SERVICE which would have arrived faster on a donkey. Shame on your appalling miscommunication and appalling tracking system. What large shipping company doesn’t deliver on a Saturday? Totally absurd. And just another gripe: when in the phone queue to HOLD, waiting at number 1 in line means as much waiting time again as the waiting time from place 20 to 2 in the queue.
