“Parcel was down for delivery on Friday waited in all day looked at Tracking had been changed from out for delivery to Customer asked for delivery at a later date. Totally not true. Managed to get through to customer service this took about 15 mins the operator was very apologetic,only to be told it would be delivered next day Saturday. Today Saturday Looked at Tracking it is still in Depot. Looking at the bad reviews on here and Trust Pilot looks like Parcel Force don't care.”
“Jan 2021Sent a return parcel to China £100+ received notification it was held at Customs numerous attempts to find out what the problem was.but to no avail Then received a bill for overweight package which it isn't. And to cap it all they want to charge me £140 for it's return!!!! Useless customer support”
“sent a guitar fully packed in a industry standard guitar shipping box well packed and bubble wrapped (extra).when it arrived at the buyers house it was damaged badly .I put in a claim for compensation as i had already refunded the buyer and was told the guitar was not covered and they only cover up to £100 that is included in the postage cost. They then told me they would pay me £100 for the damage and refund the extra £15 i had paid for extra cover for the full value of the guitar .i then got a email telling me they refused the claim for damage as the sorting depot worker told them it was not packed correctly and they will just refund the extra insurance £15. i have sent them a reply stating I disagree with this decision and all so stated that i have sent 62 over guitars over the last 3 years all available to view on my account and have paid over £260 in extra insurance for the true value and now find out that they were all only insured for £100 max .I have sent them emails asking for a refund for this extra money but no reply . please do not use this company if your musical items are worth over £100 and its packed in a solid steel box as they will refuse to pay out .I will be posting this on as many sites as i can to inform people of this insurance scam.”
“Down graded my parcel from global express to a different service instead of 3 days went to up 8 days this was after they had my parcel for 5 days paid£78.44. Will never use this company again. 🤬”
“Sitting by the door, watching the tracker van getting closer, see a person approach. Open door and take the package inside. Look at package label says HERMES. I think eh? So Hermes came early, well where's the Parcelforce dude, check the tracker says we attempted etc.. no card. Well they most certainly didn't, not to my address. After reading multiple reviews I realise that this culture of not caring is how p.f. operates. I can't believe they get away with it. Won't ever be using them again that's for sure.”
“Useless delivery company. Delivered half of my items and the other half gas been lost. Same item. Close down this useless company. Not the first time they lost my item's and never find it. And of course I have to deal with the seller to get my item because this company do nothing at all”

Every other courier can manage to get their packages delivered first time. Why can't Parcelforce??

Multiple ‘attempted delivery’s’ even though people have been home to answer the door, additionally no card was left indicating that they never bothered to turn up.
Customer Services is also sub-par. The response I received was that I’m not the only customer that had failed delivery on the day? Still trying to figure out how that helps my situation.
Previous to this the parcel was loaded into a van that never managed to leave the depot. Third delivery attempt is still due to be made.
Complaints process appears to be only good at sweeping all complaints to one side, and then never provide a response or apology.
TLDR: Parcel Force removes all convenience from sending or receiving Parcels. Appalling customer service and consistently fails to deliver in multiple aspects.”
“ParcelForce Global Express service sounded efficient and fast. I was able to track the parcel. It was expensive ,almost £50, but the contents were important.
The sending it via post office was easy and efficient.
Everything seemed to be going correctly until I noticed that the parcel which was set for international delivery suddenly seemed to be back to my locality on the day it was due to be delivered . I called Customer Service who said they cannot do anything to help. I was told there was an error in Parcel Force’s part.They cannot resend it. They could not help with the claim (which has taken 4 weeks to get an actual result) I could actually recommend to Parcel Force management that a voice message to state the process would suffice- Customer Service cannot do anything and you must claim online .
Also there was never an apology. Not at any point whatsoever .
I would also like to point out that the online claim service is antiquated and inadequate . Not at all user friendly.
So Parcel Force managed to ruin my mother’s birthday…and considering it is at a time of pandemic it is even more significant as I cannot go and visit her.
I would have not given even one star but this option was not available.
I have no option to a poorer service but should I have to come across it , I will most certainly pass this information on.”

“Parcel force is unreliable and uncooperative, they did not attempt to call us, as requested, to gain access. The tracking did not update, so we were unable to see where the van was. Waited in all morning, only to be told that he had tried to deliver but no one was there. Absolute rubbish. There’s only one courier firm that has consistently been reliable, helpful and with up to the minute tracking, plus text updates when we are the next deliver and that is DPD.”
“On the 11th of May 2021 arrange a collection date. They came and they did not ring the doorbell, they left the note saying rearrange your delivery. I called the same day customer service and they said to me they will come to collect it tomorrow but they did not!! It has been a week now, they are still not here!! I have called customer support more than 3 times!! I still have no clue what is happening!! I feel like I am being scammed!! I spent like £ 90.00!!”
“Absolute rubbish as a delivery service. They never ever deliver on the day expected. They say it is on the van and out for delivery from Edinburgh but you know immediately that that means it will not be delivered today and if you are lucky maybe in a couple of days time. “worst delivery service ever. Tried delivery twice, but as we were in both times I can only assume they didn't ring the doorbell. The missed delivery notes left contain no tracking number. They suggest we pick up from a depot - no address for depot, but having looked it up it is a 40 minute drive away. If we arrange redelivery over the weekend they charge £12!!! And obviously even if they redeliver I have no idea whether they will ring the doorbell. They can allow pick up at a post office sorting office - less than 5 mins away - but I have to pay £1 for that. And I have no idea who or what the parcel contains. The service couldn't be worse”
