“Parcel force 24 express email this morning saying they are not going to deliver today as scheduled but tomorrow. Two days of my life disrupted from their lack of service. In future I shall seek not to make purchases from companies that do not offer an alternative delivery company (this is not the first time that Royal Mail and Parcel force have wasted my time.)”
“Disgusting service. They put a blank card through the letterbox as we were out. I found the tracking number from the seller's email and saw a comment I had been told to collect it from the Post Office. I visited 3 Post Offices without success then went to Parcelforce's depot in Netherfield. They were able to find out which PO had received it, although this information was not available on the website. I finally collected the parcel from a PO quite a distance from my home. The Postmaster there said I was lucky to have been given a card as often they don't bother so parcels aren't collected for weeks. Tracking down my parcel took two hours due to queuing. I was very angry as other courier services are so efficient and let you know when a parcel will be delivered - even the name of the driver in some cases. I sent a message to the seller telling him I wouldn't buy anything from him again if he used Parcelforce. Absolutely shocking service.”
“Absolutely useless. Sent two parcels on 7 January, gifts to my mum and sister in South Africa. Used a post office to send so. The first parcel returned to me because of "incorrect customs documentation", which should have been correct seeing as was sent from a post office. The second is STILL sitting in Santiago, Chile! Claims process terrible too as is the complaint services, both of which I'm attempting to use. Avoid using at all costs.”
“Why do Parcel FARCE!! Parcel FRAUDULENT!! Parcel FIND IT!! Parcel Flippant!! There are a few more I could write with F!!!!
Having dealt with this Incompetent, Disorganised, bad Management, untrained Customer Service, Linning their pockets Directors whose middle names are don't give a S!!!!T Company or should I say Dumbany!!
To have my items that I have owned for over 40 years smashed to smithereens on delivery. I pay 24 hour service I arrange collection I ask the driver if they can take great care (as we both have had other items broken) he looks me in the eyes and says yes but I can't guarantee what happens back at the depot! Off he drives bumping off the payment with no care of what he's carrying in the back and I then wait in anticipation, yes there it goes messages coming through to me with photos of my beloved items smashed into pieces and the only way they would end up like that is someone literally throwing them around hard several times, who the hell do they employ to not work but sabotage the goods, these people are vile and diabolical individuals. A delivery driver told me that if you put fragile on it then it will be thrown around harder and then laughed! Who the hell do these idiots think they are. Oh to pick them up and throw them around so they end up like my items. Maybe this Company should be on the Front News?! And why do you want one star as that is too many it should be - - -1 that's a big fat minus, still whatever we write they still get paid from the fat cats down to the plebs because the don't give a T..s!!!”
“Worst customer service ever experienced and still not sorted after 4 months! Sent parcel 28/11/20, when it wasn’t delivered within 10 days we asked where it was. Apparently they investigated but they didn’t know where it was and was lost but after a month they said they were going to redeliver back to us without contacting the recipients. A further month later it was delivered back to us with no explanation. After poor customer service and being made to feel like we were in the wrong from back and forth emails for months (as they don’t have a call centre) we were told we would be refunded but have yet to receive it nearly 4 months later”
“It was mid March 2021, the tail end of a long and arduous winter when I placed the order for goods which parcelforce were due to deliver. The roaring twenties had gotten off to slow start, my bones were cold to the marrow and my body weary from the relentless toil of the previous months.
As arduous and bleak as the winter months had been, the service rendered to me by the frosts and snows of January was positively stellar when compared to the service I received from this delivery firm.
Instruction to leave the parcel in a safe place if I was not home was ignored, and delivery was repeatedly failed on consecutive days. I finally resolved to stay home one fine Thursday,
in order to ensure that I would receive my package. This was done at the expense of going to work and earning a crust for my family I might add, and so I was ever the more perturbed when at 11:30 am I received notice that delivery had once again been ‘attempted’ an hour earlier and my parcel had been returned to depot. I was at home the whole morning and yet the parcel still eluded me. No ring on the doorbell, no knock, merely an attempted delivery note pushed through the door. One must wonder what constitutes an ‘attempt’ when even going to the trouble of ringing the doorbell is a push too far. rather amateurish I thought, even the most basic of tasks relating to the delivery of a parcel beyond the capabilities of whoever was working the beat that morning.
Following this initial show of incompetence, I rang parcelforce to complain and to enquire as to whether I would ever receive my goods. I was told to drive to the depot (over 45 minutes away) to collect the parcel between 6 and 7 pm. As inconvenient as this was I agreed to make the voyage. I cancelled my other plans and set forth for the hostile badlands of Rotherham.
Upon arrival at the depot, the customer service I received from the young chap on the door was comically sub par. After some confusion I arrived at reception, where I was informed that my parcel had been delivered to my home and signed for (by me) while I was on the way to the depot. It appeared at this point that the company had conspired to mug me right off. An utter debacle truth be told and the half hearted apologies by various members of staff along the way did little to make amends. It baffles me how a company of such a size which specialises purely in delivering parcels can be so inept at it. Amazon by contrast, deliver consistently without issue. They, and other delivery services I have used deliver promptly and to instruction while these imbeciles are still trying to put their corsets on.”
“A parcel was dropped of at the post office on Monday for first class delivery. It was not picked up by the courier until Wednesday. It took until Thursday to reach the sorting hub and still hasn't arrived at the local depot by Friday. This whole process is within the UK, are they walking the parcel between each destination?”
“The worst courier company in the UK. The London North West Depot is lying for the second day in a row that they tried to deliver and I was away when I sit at home waiting 😡Even my camera on the door couldn't see anyone. I am waiting for this parcel since Sunday and today is Wednesday.”
“I was phoned asking where my house was. Itis prominent on the main street in my village. I told him I was not living at the house the moment but as an address almost next door. He arrived with the parcel but unfortunately I was asked asked for my first name as a form of ID. I NEVER give my first name. Nor do I do business with companyies who use it. My christian name is for the sole use of my friends. I gave my name as Mrs. F. Elphick and he refused to give me the parcel . Consequently I handed him back the parcel.”

“NEVER use them. Also never use TNT. What an absolutely uselles bunch of carriers. Always issues. TNT has delivery problems all the time. Parcelforce never pick up stuff when they say they will!!!! Unbelievable”
“Terrible customer service and management
Terrible customer service and management, With new Brexit regulations I have sent a parcel and I could not lend the parcel in Greece, For that, I have asked the parcel to return to the UK and I'm waiting for nearly 2 months to receive my parcel back, and the funny thing is the still charging you £35.00 to return the parcel.
Do not request a call back from the management, you won't receive it; don't bother sending e-mail, they don't reply.
One thing they're very good at is, to reply to everything with the same email or message just look below every single complaint”
“I paid for a 24 hr next day delivery. I dropped the parcel off as instructed at the post office, ready for next day delivery. When I checked the next day on the status, expecting to see it had been delivered, it was showing as ‘awaiting customer drop off.’ I called the Post Office and was told that the Parcel Force driver ‘just didn’t show up yesterday and hadn't arrived yet today.’ She claimed she would give the parcel to Royal Mail as there was another parcel that hadn;t been picked up.
The parcel was showing as in the system later that day - the day that it was meant to be delivered. It was eventually delivered the next day - a day late.
i asked Parcelforce for a refund - I paid for 24 hr and got 48. They failed to deliver the parcel on time. I have been told I am not entitled to a refund because their commitment to deliver within stated times, only starts once the package is in their possession and logged onto their system. The driver just didn’t show up - that is not my fault!!!!!
So, they then claim that because the parcel was actually delivered the next day - albeit a day later than I paid for, they have fulfilled their commitment and I am not entitled to any refund.
So.........I pay for a 24 hr service - which turns into a 48 hr service because their driver just doesn’t show up. How they can say that because they ultimately delivered the package within 24 hrs - albeit 24 hrs late is just completely insane. How can you possible trust a service that cannot commit to delivery times and refuse to accept an responsibility or liability for late deliveries.”
“Parcel force obviously is a disgrace that needs an urgent overhaul I must say. They have failed to deliver a parcel that was sent to me within the UK about a month ago, despite paying for first class delivery. They keep saying their drivers have problems with the address. Now I can’t help but wonder how other companies manage to make deliveries to this same address on an almost daily basis and the address is only hidden from Parcelforce drivers! I think it’s a shame on their part and they really need to get their act together, otherwise they may soon be out of business! I have tried severally to speak with their customer service advisors but they seem to be clueless as well and keep promising to arrange a re-delivery which has never succeeded. Even after directing them to drop the parcel at my local post office, they have still failed to do that. What on earth am I supposed to do now please? Do they expect me to forfeit my parcel due to their own incompetence? This is a disservice to humanity!!!”
“What disgusting service. Sadly a client used parcel force to send a package (next day). Delivery was shown to be between 7.40 and 8.40pm (to an office building). We however waited and guess what??? At 8pm apparently the parcel was sent back!! No card. No explanation. The phone lines take 35 mins to 1 hour to get through to someone useful. WILL NEVER USE.

“Parcel Farce attempted to deliver an item to me a couple of days ago and left a note saying they would redeliver the next day. The next day instead of ringing the door bell they just left another note saying the parcel needed to be collected at a local depot. I rang to arrange redelivery and was met with one of the worst automated machines I have ever interacted with, I have what I would call an unrelenting "Received Pronunciation" accent that would put most BBC Newsreaders out of a job yet when I stated my address in Surrey it asked if my address was "Manchester Airport". After failing to arrange a redelivery this way I was finally passed onto a human who rescheduled the delivery for the next day. Obviously the parcel did not arrive the next day so I rang again. To the machines credit, after attempting to redeliver to Manchester Airport for a second time and putting me through to the Manchester office, a very friendly (and understandably confused) gentleman told me he would redirect me to the London office. Finally we're in the right half of the country. Again, the worlds most incompetent answering machine attempted to handle my query and by some miracle managed to navigate through my heavy Received Pronunciation accent and rescheduled the delivery for the next day. I have no idea what is in this parcel but I'm hoping to find out before I turn 100. Good luck to anyone whose speaking voice doesn't match the exact frequencies of Microsoft Sam if you ever miss a delivery, you're going to need it...”
“Customer focused. Great communication giving one hour time slot for delivery. Covid procedures observed. Arrived within the time slot. Mightily impressed. Thank you!”
“You delivered my parcel to someone else and then said that I had to dispute the fact that it hadn't been received even though it was signed for my someone I didn't know who lived a mile away before you would accept it. You don't enable people to speak to you through the only phone number you give out which makes your life very easy and a customers very difficult.”
