“I shouldn’t even put a star because a one star is way too much for you. It was horrible and pathetic, i paid for an express delivery and it took 5 days. No one delivered, I went there myself and collected after lots of back and forth. Worse experience ever, I will never ever use this delivery service in my life. So so so bad”
“A one star is far too much for a ridiculously pathetic hmmmm "delivery" service, I beg to differ. They just don't deliver. I've been waiting over 5 days for a parcel I paid for 10 days ago. They've had the parcel for 5 days and not a word from them. I can't see me getting this this year or next. I will never use anyone who uses these as a " delivery" service again. I paid a substantial amount too. Thieves.”
“Utterly useless. I booked a delivery 4 days in advance for a specific day (not even a specific time) and when I called on the day, apparently the parcel had not left the depot and could not be delivered on the day. I had taken leave for this. More galling that their website stated “all deliveries are operating smoothly today and there are no delays!” And worse still, they customer services agent would not put me through to her supervisor who could only call back in 5 days!!! THE MOST USELESS COURIER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST”
“I have evidence that I was due a delivery today from Friday… so we prepare for today. The tracking says it’s been in the depot all day.. it said it was out for delivery.. then it said it’s being allocated a route.. but it was out for delivery a second ago. Then it states that it has just arrived at the depot at 7.45 pm but this morning it was at the depot and out for delivery. I am highly concerned for my parcel. I will seek compensation for this as we planned from Friday when told it’s coming Monday.. for them to cancel at 11 with continuous contradictory updates. I am worried about my parcel lying around like rubbish. Any damage will be sought after in a claim.”
“Paid for 24hour delivery for headlight on my car.Had to get a ferry on Sunday 15th Dec. This should have been with me sat 14th.Had to cancel ferry £300 So far lost two days of holiday and a lot of money.”
“Parcel Force are still advertising 24 hour delivery service while at the same time are issuing notices in their tracking pages of issues at Milan and Fumicino.
They say there was a cyber attack around Dec 5th, 10 days ago, and cannot guarantee delivery . However they are happy to confirm they are still shipping to Italy. I hope they are not shipping via Milan or Fumicino otherwise they just add to existing mess.
I have been waiting for news for 10 days and the only message they have is that as soon as they know something they will let there customers know. You would imagine after 10 days they might have learned more. But apparently not.
In the meantime I have received 2 shipments from DHL after this date. Forget Parcel Force use a reputable and customer orientated shipping company.”
“A card was left with illegible writing - hence the tracking number would not register on Parceforce website. Parcel was supposed to be at a Post Office - 4 miles from here. Went there the next day (Friday). The post office was closed until next Tuesday. Have been on website again and got the robotic voice to re-deliver parcel - say they will on Monday - but how are they going to get the parcel if the post office is closed. What a shambles!!”
“Absolutely Disgusting Service – Never Again
I paid £25 for a parcel to be collected and delivered the next day, but the experience was beyond disappointing. The driver arrived and claimed he had forgotten the label. He assured me he would return to collect the parcel after retrieving it, but he never came back.
When I checked the parcel tracking, the status showed: "Collection attempted - parcel not available", which is an outright lie. My parcel was ready and waiting, but they falsely reported otherwise.
To make matters worse, I tried contacting Parcel Force over 30 times, but no one answered. They don’t even provide an email for customer service, leaving me completely helpless.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when you pay a premium. They don’t come on time, they don’t deliver on time, and clearly, they don’t care about their customers.
Beware! Do not use Parcel Force. You risk your parcel not being delivered and wasting both your money and time.”

“I received a text from Parcelforce saying a parcel would delivered today , I told my daughter who was receiving the parcel to expect it. She said she would be in all day, then another text from parcelforce saying an attempt to deliver said parcel had failed and they had left a card. My daughter checked on her video doorbell. No parcelforce van had turned up and no card was left. Another text later from parcel force said they have left it at a post office and to get it yourself. The parcel force driver hadn’t even bothered to go to her address , I am divested 😡”
“This is possibly the worst courier I have ever dealt with. I have a particular issue that means I buy online and have things delivered. I have always been this way, even pre-covid or pre-amazon. I ordered an item from Germany and it was sent via DHL. When it arrived in the UK 2 days later my heart sank to find it had been handed over to parcel force. My parcel has been sitting with them for 3 weeks without a delivery attempt. they say it is with customs having import duty calculated but I have had no correspondence from them, I only know this because I have chased them 7 times in 3 weeks for an update. I am not even sure they know what is going on or where my parcel is as all I get is apologies and no parcel. I am still waiting for Parcel Force to contact me and let me know how much I need to pay in import duty (I have already calculated this, it is not difficult) and when they will deliver the parcel I paid for over three weeks ago. I have not experienced this with any of the other commercial couriers and it just makes Parcel Force and the UK look incompetent. I have avoided them since a bad experience some years ago and would avoid them at all costs in the future.”
“Terrible service. The delivery person wasn’t even at our home, but I received a message saying he missed me, even though I was at home. I called straight away (it was Wednesday), and the lady on the phone said she arranged a re-delivery for tomorrow.
On Thursday, I received a leaflet through my letterbox stating that my parcel was at the post office. I called again, and another lady apologized and said she arranged a re-delivery for tomorrow (Friday).
On Friday, I received a message that my parcel was at the post office. I called again, and another lady explained that the representative on Wednesday never arranged a re-delivery; she arranged for me to collect it from the post office. However, the lady on Thursday did arrange a re-delivery, and I was told I would receive my parcel within the next five working days.
The following Friday, I still had no parcel, so I called again. The parcel was still at the post office! The lady on the phone could not explain why and just kept apologizing whenever I asked what happened. She said she would mark my case as high priority, but there’s no chance it will be delivered next week.
I will never use this company again!”
