This company is a fraud. I have sent my very important documents via them from post office. They told me it will deliver in one week after 3 months it hasn’t delivered.I paid £60 for fast delivery for just 2 letters.

gave a delivery time but didnt come then said they had failed to deliver and a card had been pushed through my letter box - no sign of it

Almost never received the parcels delivered by them. Said they came but I wasn't there, and that's impossible as I'm working from home and don't move... Sometimes they don't even bother to email me, send a text to give me a tracking number. Said they have a problem with the address, but that's funny that others like Royal mail, dpd, etc. find my address and have no problem to deliver my parcels... In conclusion use them if you want to lose your money and parcels.

Paid £16.40 for express 24 and 36 hours later still hasn't reached the delivery depot. Rubbish.

No one’s even rang my flat and there’s no card left but I get message that my parcel had attempted delivery. Worst ever servise

Stayed up entire day from a long night shift to wait for parcel to be delivered. Received message that est. delivery time is 14:55-15:55. 15min past 1600, still no delivery. Then received message that they attempted. LIES! I WAS AWAKE ENTIRE TIME. ROOM DOOR OPEN, WHICH JUST ADJACENT TO MAIN DOOR. NO KNOCK, NO DOOR BELL, NO CALL. NOTHING. They said they left card with instructions. Again, nobody came. Called CS, NOT HELPFUL. SAID SOMEONE WILL CALL AGAIN. STILL WAITING. THEY DON'T KNOW WHETHER PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED OR WHAT. IMPOSSIBLE! NOW IM STUCK ON A LIMBO. If there as a negative star, I'd choose that foe wasting my time and energy, and especially for the lying delivery guy.

My phantom delivery was supposedly at 1-42 pm but I was out and a widower so live alone. Delivery driver states he gave me the parcel which is untrue he signed for delivery himself (XlP) I have witnesses that I was out with them at the time so house was empty. The delivery driver is either lying or delivered to another address. Parcel force have interviewed him but he's sticking to his story. They are interviewing him again in three days time. Let's hope he tells the truth this time but I'm not holding my breath. Anthony Thomas

Organised and paid for a collection. Parcelforce dropped the parcel in a pool of water and gave it back to the sender undelivered. They won't speak to me or refund me. If this isn't legal mugging, I don't know what is? Second time it has happened so shame on me I guess. But my husband said the first time was probably an unlucky experience. A lot of what I wanted to say is exactly as others have experienced. It has been over 4 months and PF are demanding proof of purchase before allowing compensation. In fact they mention Amazon and eBay. Only some of the goods we sent came from there. So are they saying without a receipt they won't refund? I have so far spent over 7 hours trying to deal with them. Unless you intend to write a book about their "Service" I would suggest, like others have, that you avoid like the plague. What is worse is they give you a false reassurance upon your first call to them about how efficient they are at getting to the root of the problem. I'd say the root is lack of control over the process plus thieves within the organisation...

My recommendation is to NEVER EVER use this company. They are very rude, unkind lack any human empathy and chuck your goods on your doorstep broken and torn - they treat peoples parcels with absolute contempt. If you value your stuff - use another company

If you don't want any tracking info on your package whatsoever , prompt delivery within 2 months of actually sending your parcel , even though you paid for 3 day delivery window ,then chose Parcelforce, as this is exactly what you will receive. I would suggest getting a DHL account as they have an external customs clearing system totally independent of the UTTER CALAMITY DISASTER ZONE that is Heathrow. This is ,without doubt , the most cataclysmically bad ,awful ,useless courier in the history of mankind and postal services. I found that on my last package ,sent to Holland on again 3-5 day window , took 25days to get delivered. I also worked out , that, from my house in Bedfordshire , if I put the package on the back of a Donkey and I walked to Holland , sleeping over for 2 nights on the way in a hotel , took a ferry to Holland and walked onwards to the address I would have arrived 19days earlier than it took Parcelforce to deliver my item ! Great well done ! Yet DHL delivered a watch I had bought from the Kingdom of Jordan in 4 days flat customs paid and then delivered on time . Can anyone explain what on this God's Green Earth are Parcelforce playing at, as it is sure as eggs is eggs it is not delivering Parcels ..... it seems to be anything but in fact . It's like going to a Lawyer's Office wanting legal advise on a house purchase and then coming away from the hours consultation with an Indian Takeaway and Bicycle I mean WTAF is happening here . I paid for a service , I want my damn package delivered before the cardboard box decays through wind erosion and time spent being prepared for export !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm waiting for a delivery from your company almost 3 weeks it seems to be at your depot and I cant get in touch with anyone . This service sucks, would not recommend it to anyone very disappointed with this complicated service or should I say lack of service I will request a full refund for the item that you will not deliver, p.s. your depot/warehouse must be full by now lol.

They've just delivered my product to a neighbour! 'What happens if I’m not in when you deliver? If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.' One word: COVID

This delivery has taken 1.5 months at this point and they somehow got my address wrong. Their customer service is a joke as it was a automated response about deliver times when I asked about the wrong address. I don't understand how a company can be so incompetent.

Booked a collection from home for a large item. Next day, nobody called. Checking online, a message said 'parcel unavailable.' Been at home all day, nobody called. No info about what to do next. Only phoneline is automated responses. Paid £20 for this dis-service. Truly appalling.

Today I received 2 chest of drawers both adequately wrapped up by the sender and fragile and please be careful written all over it. My first inkling of a problem was when the driver took no care in removing the Furntiure’s from his van. My husband offered to help because of the way he just dumped heavily to the ground the first chest of drawers and he refused his help and continued to lift the chest of drawers himself slamming it to the ground. He then started to tell us in a very annoyed manner how much of a problem these chest of drawers were and how he was so glad to be rid of them due to the distance he had to travel. I didn’t answer him but thought how weird. Plus by saying this he really showed another example of lack of care for my goods in his attitude. It really is an unacceptable thing to say to customers seeing as that’s his actual job and we have actually paid for it. It’s not like he’s doing me a favour!’ Anyway when I finally opened the package this is what I got!! It was obviously dropped and although only one had a chunk falling off both showed structural damage signs of having been dropped. Wish me luck because I am just about to start the claim process!!

was sent 2 packages by my ex-wife from the US. Both have arrived 5o the UK by October 20th. One of them is an artwork, for which I supposed to receive some paperwork, but I never did. I have called in several times, spent over 4 hrs on the phone , was promised multiple times to be called back, which I never was. Your people have provided me with inaccurate information, which has resulted in thw parcels being sent back. Other than the 1 letter I received from Sarah Rawlins, I have received no apology, no follow up whatsoever. Your employees have made empty promises, and it has cost me money and time. Your effort to reimburse me is a drop in the ocean. I need to contact my ex-wife and aske her a favor because you are unable to follow up on your promises? I am going g to have to ask her to send resent wh packages foem thw US to the UK? Who is going to pay for that? I have been working in a customer service environment for over a decade- never in my life I have experienced such a lack of care about resolving an issue. This is ridiculous. It has been 4 months and none of my packages are here. How can you operate a business with people who don't know what they are talking about and clearly they don't care to follow up? Shame on you. I will make sure to file this complaint on every single platform I find and will take this as far as possible. I appalled by how you conduct business

The worst delivery company with the worst costumer service! Please avoid them. They never come to deliver and they say they do, you can spend the whole year at home and they will say you weren't at home. The costumer service isn't much better, they are rude and unprofessional. They returned my parcel to another country after 3 months of having it even when I called them and asked for it four times and they denied having it. Those people are the worst company you will find.

The experience with Parcelforce has been nothing but woeful. Their automated phone lines and online system would not allow anyone to speak to a human being. We were waiting for a parcel from family in Australia who had already paid over £80 Australian dollars for the delivery. We receive a letter stating we need to pay customs charges, charges which had already been paid. The online and phone automated systems would not recognise the tracking number. Had to send emails to complain. After nearly three weeks I actually receive a phone call and pay the £35 needed. She tells me the parcel will be with us the following day. The following day came and went and there was no parcel. Back on the phone and online and again the automated system would not allow me to track the parcel. Email again and then find out they tried to deliver but nobody was home. No card left or anything. They clearly had not tried. I get an email response this morning saying it’s out on the van. I had to leave the house for 10 mins, so put up an A4 notice in the front window in large letter stating - parcelforce if you turn up please leave parcel in the utility room. Came back no card no parcel. Have been home since and then there’s a knock on the door from a neighbour saying parcel force gave him a card about our parcel. That card states I have to travel 8 miles to the post office at which they are leaving the parcel. I don’t drive!!!! I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole and certainly won’t recommend them to anyone.
