I will not recommend, my parcel was delivered by Parcelforce driver damaged from Nigeria, I refused to open/collect the parcel which was taken back, after a few days I tried getting in touch with their team, I was told because I am the receiver, that I can't get a refund from them. It has been months now, I have contacted the agent in Nigeria and up till now nothing is done about it.

Further to my previous review, MD of Parcelforce now replied, terribly sorry but nothing they can do. My daughter has now contacted t k max... Parcelforce should refund them the £6.99 and then the maxx pass it onto my daughter. I'll keep you updated

If they said the driver had run out of time I would be annoyed but understand, but instead they lied to avoid refunding me the cost in accordance with their terms of carriage.

Well what can I say Parcelforce first day never came 2nd day said he collected hmm ok so I inform them with pictures boxes still sat here. I rebooked with Royal Mail who were amazing. Parcel force next day delivered 3 bags not by boxes to the address , 3 bags of empty coffee pods and they printed their own label lol refuse to refund has driver delivered 🙈🙈 they are a joke

was asked at the post office what was in the parcel told her large ceramic vase she advised parcel for because it was large and bulky she did not say ceramics are not covered if damaged even though it was well packed marked fragile, it arrived at my buyers total smashed put a claim in to parcel force took two weeks to reply saying they do not refund for ceramics lost £150.00 for item plus postage !!!
