Courier claims to have delivered it to a person and then leaves a photo of it on the floor. Not able to reach ANYBODY on the customer service number and website unhelpful

I would give zero stars if I could! This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of my concerns, showing no interest in resolving the issue. Their behavior was absolutely appalling!

2 weeks ago Parcelforce tried to deliver without notification so wasn't home, so booked to pay £12 for Saturday delivery and then they tried delivery the next day, obviously not home so they left a card to say I had to collect from Bristol Depo, I spoke to customer service and received parcel on the Saturday.

Absolutely appalling. My GlobalExpress parcel sent to the Czech Republic, promised to be delivered "from the next working day to USA, Canada and Europe", did not even leave the UK for 10 days!!! Extremely unhelpful customer service. Never again.

The company brought me a damaged package, they stole most of the things, more than 40 pieces of clothes were stolen from the package, the customer service is terrible, no desire to help, they don't even feel guilty, thieves work there, it's a shame to treat customers like this, where we trusted you that our package will be delivered safely, I sound this case wherever I can, in all social media how this company treats customers and protects thieves, I hope that no one will use this company again, I advise against
