Absolutely appalling. My GlobalExpress parcel sent to the Czech Republic, promised to be delivered "from the next working day to USA, Canada and Europe", did not even leave the UK for 10 days!!! Extremely unhelpful customer service. Never again.

The company brought me a damaged package, they stole most of the things, more than 40 pieces of clothes were stolen from the package, the customer service is terrible, no desire to help, they don't even feel guilty, thieves work there, it's a shame to treat customers like this, where we trusted you that our package will be delivered safely, I sound this case wherever I can, in all social media how this company treats customers and protects thieves, I hope that no one will use this company again, I advise against

We paid for a parcel to reach a customer within a week. It's been four weeks and it still isn't there! What's even worse is the customer service rep didn't care or apologise for the abysmal service. They just said "Yeah, there are no guarantees for delivery". Perhaps not for an exact week but for it to be FOUR weeks late and still not there is appalling. I will not be using them again.

Terrible delivery experience. The tracking system is almost nonexistent, and I received little to no updates. The driver falsely claimed an attempted delivery, even though I was home all day. Customer service confirmed the driver was in my area, but there was no evidence of any real delivery attempt - no card, no message, nothing. Completely unreliable service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I got a notification of a 1 hour window for delivery which was helpful. The next thing I know is that I get a text to say they tried to deliver unsuccessfully. Well I can tell you there is no way they turned up. I was here waiting and the bell did not ring. No car came down the drive and although the email said a card would be left, surprise surprise there was no card.
This is not the first time we've had probelms with Parcelforce. Why can't they leave the parcels in our porch anyway like other delivery firms do, as we nominate it as a safe place.
It's the only company I have complaints about. So now I will have to go and pick it up somewhere?? Rubbish service!!
