I have never experienced such a useless service. I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE PARCEL FORCE AGAIN. I ordered an urgent 48 hour delivery on Wednesday but it will not not arrive until Monday. Having spent hours trying to get through the the depot yesterday, and trying to ensure a Saturday delivery that I was willing to pay extra for, I spoke to a blasé, unhelpful man who said he would call back and did not. Now I am up early in a Saturday trying to contact them again, holding for half an hour, she tells me it will not go until Monday. So what more can I do?! This is an urgently needed delivery which is stuck at the depot because I KNOW that the lazy drivers did not fancy lifting the two 25kg parcels. Do not offer to send heavy parcels if your drivers cannot be bothered to deliver them!!!! AN UNRELIBLE SERVICE which would have arrived faster on a donkey. Shame on your appalling miscommunication and appalling tracking system. What large shipping company doesn’t deliver on a Saturday? Totally absurd. And just another gripe: when in the phone queue to HOLD, waiting at number 1 in line means as much waiting time again as the waiting time from place 20 to 2 in the queue. Terrible. I’ve never had problems with dpd

I was expecting a delivery for the 11th May, I waited in all day nothing arrived by 4:45 so I called them. After a lengthy phone call wait I was redirected to the local office, my delivery could not be found on that day's delivery list (because I did not have my tracking No) after a long time it occurred to the parcel force employee to check the depot list, sure enough it had been delivered the day before. Because of parcel numbers it had been decided to deliver my parcel on another day without informing me. I asked the parcel force employee if I could re-direct the delivery to another address and he put the phone down on me. I then spent another hour trying to ring the depot again but could get through because they were not answering calls and my call was then re-directed to Milton Keynes and London Central at this point I could do nothing but spend 40 minutes and drive to the depot. On arrival to the depot it took 20 minutes for the person in front to be served and another 20 minutes for me to receive my parcel.

I have been waiting for a delivery (flooring from The Rubber Floor Store) which was promised for Wednesday for three days now. It's now Friday 11pm and my builders are coming in tomorrow to lay the floor which is lying in ParcelForce's Gatwick depot. I am going to have to pay the builders 50% of their fee (£300) as they are turning up in good faith to fit flooring which doesn't exist! I called ParcelForce's Gatwick depot three times today - lengthy phone calls with robots - and when I was finally connected to a human on two occasions was promised a call back with an explanation of what had gone wrong and when my delivery was coming. Needless to say, no call backs, still no idea of when, or even IF, delivery will (or won't) happen, totally unacceptable service! Totally useless, am seeking compensation. Why do they send a text saying that "your parcel IM4342323 will be delivered by Parcelforce today" when the tracking sytem on their website states that the item is stuck in their depot three days later?

I wish I read the review before I used the service of Parcelforce. I sent an important document on 8th of May 2018 using global express service from the UK to the Netherlands. It says the service is 1 working day delivery and I paid £43.50 for it. The document needs to arrive on 10th of May 2018. So actually I did not mind if they deliver it even in 2 days. However, it has been 3 days until today, even the document is still halfway to the delivery. I have tracked it and it is just arrived in the delivery country and still 3 tracking points to go. I called the customer service and the problem is always the same, write the complaint etc, it will never solve the problem. This company does not deliver the parcel after 6 pm local time and on the weekend. It means my document will not be delivered until Monday, 14th of May 2018 and it is also not guaranteed. So in short words, I paid one day service, but in reality, it is more than 7 days service. The reason I used this service is that I could send it from the Post Office which is near my place. I wish I commuted for 15 minutes to go to other couriers which have better service. Even delivery with Royal Mail is only £9 for my documents to be delivered in 3 days. This is my first time using this service and it has caused me many losses as I sent a very important document. I can't recommend a very bad service from Parcelforce to anyone.

I paid for 48 hour delivery to recipiant only. It was delivered a day early and left at neighbours who then stole my parcel with £300 of goods enclosed after several phone calls to parcel force who deny any responsibity and having the phone put down on me on many occasions i was'nt rude in fact quiet polite considering what had happened i also tried writing to them but never got any response i am absolutely disgusted with them its appalling service with incredibly rude staff

Delivery advised- no show. Time wasters. Either it is out for delivery or it is not. It's not too much to expect joined up thinking surely? And this is worldwide. No tracking service provided though they say it is available. Not for me it wasn't.

I have placed two orders with Kezie Foods in the last 6 weeks and on both occasions Parcelforce have failed to deliver on the designated day. The first time it happened their excuse was that the van had broken down (have they only got one van?) and they delivered a day late. As the contents was frozen I had to throw out a quarter of the food because it had already thawed out. On the second occasion - yesterday - the order had been at their Newport depot since the morning but they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it. I contacted Kezie who were told by Parcelforce that yes they had it but hadn’t delivered it - no reason was given. They were subsequently told to return it to the sender as I refused to accept it a day late. I receive deliveries from numerous couriers and I must say that Parcelforce are by far the worst, they seem to think that because they are part of Royal Mail it makes them superior to everyone else, far from it. The only reason I’ve given them one star is because I can’tleave It blank.

Item sent next day delivery arrived a day late, item was so badly damaged in transit that the it was beyond repair! Currently £400+ out of pocket because of these cowboys! I would never send a parcel via this company ever again. Have told friends and family about this experience and they are shocked! Oh and trying to claim off their insurance is pointless btw! The company reviews its own insurance claims and not an independant company so you wont get anything back!

Bought an item from am eBay customer, it was collected on time, and delivered the next day before 9am, the driver was smart and his vehicle was spotless,,he is a credit to his company..first impressions last..great company, great service and when Parcelforce is eventually divorced from Royal Mail, it will have no problem swimming with the bigger fish..well done

Told me by Parcel Monkey, that delivery will be done in 2 working days. But on parcelforce website its written that 3-5 days. They just put wrong delivery time to parcel monkey service to get more clients. And i'm waiting right now 5 days.

Failed to leave an 'attempted delivery' card and then left my item at a Post Office. No clue which Post office or how I'm meant to collect it. Utterly useless.

I think this company dose not care even a bit about what people are writing here! I had a parcel delivered to me from abroad but since ive changed my address they refused to deliver to my new home. However they said that they will deliver it to my local post office so i can go with two forms of id and collect it. After I waited for over 2 week ive called them today and they said that they have sent it back to its sender and they had no record of any conversation with me! There are much better companies these days so ive asked the sender to post again with anyone but parcelfoce.

Very rude delivery driver. Didnt explained to my girlfriend she can refuse damaged parcel but insisted it has to be signed for and claimed later. I overheard that and challenged the driver to which he replied 'sory mate its signed now'. Asked him to hold on so i can ring customer care, but he just laughed and speed off. I rang customer service had to say same story 5 times to different people, to which the last one said a manager will contact me. A week past nobody contacted me at all and i left 2 phone numbers and my email. No apology whatsoever. Sender claimed but was told it was his fault for not securing the package. By the way it was a quarter inch steel part that was forcefully bent. Not first time having issues with parcelforce, just have a look at their reviews. Useless

Worst experience ever. Parcel Force (or is it Farce?..) failed to send messages before delivering parcel. Did not deliver parcel during promised delivery window. Person answering their phone (customer support I guess) could not tell where the parcel is or what happened to it. Very disappointing. It is sad that such company as IKEA chooses such a bad delivery company...

Like many other people, I live in a rural area which is not easy to find. The driver couldn’t find my address and the last delivery of frozen food was a day late. Eventually it arrived in a non air conditioned van. Luckily it was well packed and was still ok, This delay could be solved very easily if you supplied your drivers with phones. Sat navs don’t always take drivers right to the house and the driver needed help to find us. As a customer, it is essential that the driver can communicate directly with us for location instructions like most couriers do. I am now not confident that I can trust parcel force to deliver my goods safely and on time now. Please pass on these ideas to the senior directors of Parcelforce so that the service can improve and your drivers can have the essential telephone communication and air conditioned storage facilities in their vans.

Just awful experience. The parcel was never delivered to the recipient. Instead left in a parcel shop from where it was stolen. No one bothered to inform me nor the recipient. I would never use again
