“I booked a next day collection of between 9 am to 3 pm on June 5 2018, for three cakes which were to be delivered the next day. Needless to say that these are perishable items, therefore time sensitive. Three o'clock came and went and no collection happened! I telephoned Parcel Force several times and got the worst run around from all of their reps. Finally after 5 pm I was informed that they had a technical glitch and so my booking was not logged for pickup despite receiving email confirmation and the recipient receiving the same. What an utter disappointment for the recipient; waste of time for me waiting all day and most of all the money spent on making the cakes which will probably go off by the time they are picked up. Problems do arise but in this online world it is both unacceptable and inexcusable for a service provider to be so callously unresponsive to customer queries and to not have a reliable online system. Trading Standards should really look into this company. Obviously Parcel Force does not care based on the high percentage of negative reviews therefore it would be very wise to stay clear of Parcel Force and save yourself disappointment!”
“Missed first attempt (I had nipped to the toilet) - phoned to say I had missed it by 3 minutes. Downloaded the app to track the second delivery. Estimated 11 - 12. Excellent. At 12.30 no delivery and my tracking 'disappeared' from the app. Called up and they said they would investigate and return my call. Two hours later, I called again... Finally got delivery at 4.30. Terrible system, and waste of my time. Never again going to use them when there is better companies.”

“The most terrible delivery service experience I have ever encountered. An urgent document needed from London to Hong Kong using the global express which cost £63.7. Promised to arrive in 3 days. Instead it was mistakenly sent to Shanghai and being held by customs without clearance owing to invalid address.
After numerous tracings I eventually got the item but it was already 11 days from desptach of documents. With great frustration I failed to meet the deadline of an agreement owing to such a long delay!
I have prepared everything to claim my postage back, yet after reading the users reviews I honestly doubted if I could have the slightest chance of taking my money back!
Funnily enough, just read the online tracking system and they stated my parcel had been collected at LONDON BRIDGE instead of Hong Kong. I shook my head in disbelief and all my confidence towards this company totally gone!

“Have used them twice and both times not was a disaster. The first time it took 2 weeks instead of 2 days, so I lost a very good customer. The second time, they lost the parcel altogether and then refused to cough up for the enhanced compensation I had paid for! “Parcel uplifted from supplier on 21st May 2018. Using 24/48hr service. It is now 31st May 2018 and still waiting. Sent to wrong sorting depot apparently and is now somewhere in the North West. I have also had two expensive camera lenses lost with this company. Two separate orders both lost at the Glasgow Hub. Suppliers had to replace and send by another courier.”

“I have put in that it is a 1 star form, actually its a nil star firm. I've been waiting for 2 days to get a parcel picked up. The first day Parcelforce said it would be picked up between, 0900 and 1800 waited in all day. Guess what no one turned up, the next day he was definitely going to pick it up between 1600 and 1700 guess what he arrived at 1810 with no address label which I had asked them to supply. Last time Im usual that lot, they are a bunch of no hopers. In the words of the prophet "what a load of s***. DONT USE THEM”
“third total cock up of three parcels in three weeks. first - waited in all day. no doorbell, knock, barking dogs, honking geese. card left saying no one in - except I was. second - tried to send a parcel. so useless I took it back and went to TNT who were brilliant in every respect. third left card - no tracking number or other details filled in - saying no one in (there wasn't) and they'd deliver the next day. I rang the depot and explained that I wouldn't be in then either, and would they hold it at the depot and I would collect the next afternoon. They said yes. Just been all the way over to get it and the twit that eventually came to the desk said he couldn't find it. I told him that his colleague had said they'd keep it for me and he went off again. Twenty minutes later came back to tell me it had been returned to sender! I've just spent the last half hour trying to sort it out myself and get it returned to the depot from the Coventry hub. Hopeless. This depot deserves all the rubbish reviews it gets.”
