My review would have been "very good" because our outward journey from car park to airport was smooth and trouble free. Unfortunately, the return journey from airport to car park was a little more difficult as we were kept waiting about 20 minutes outside, even though we phoned once we got to the baggage hall. :(

Car reg on departing car park was not recognised. This then involved showing the man in the box my paperwork. 15 minutes later he let me through. . This was very poor ablnd should not happen again.

To expensive and not very clear regarding you price match, I felt very dissatisfied with your customer service advisor as the seem to forget that is your customer that keep them employed.

Dropping my car off was without problems and the bus to the airport left within about 10 minutes, but we had to wait 20 mins to get picked up on our return and once we had got into the car it took several wrong turns to find our way in the dark to get out of the car park

I thought I was paying for a meet and greet service. On arrival to dropping off the car: I was in a queue for 30 minutes before I could hand my keys and documents over. It would have been faster for me to park off site and get a shuttle bus to the terminal. It would have cost 50% less also. On return to UK to pick up the car: Again we had a wait. We arrived to pick up our car and were told that we were not expected for a further 12 hours. I showed the man my booking confirmation that clearly stated the corrct time & date. I did not have the best experience and felt that I would have got a better deal parking off site and getting a shuttle bus in. Saying that the location of the meet & greet is great and all members of staff spoken were plesant and professional.

Could of been better but as I tried to exit the carpark they tried to charge me £156 for 4 days parking which I had prepaid.

Walk from airport to car park is a disgrace. Damaged rough pavements and kerbs. Car park surface is also a disgrace. Spend some money on it!

We were waiting on the bus to the terminal for 10 minutes longer than you advertise as your service frequency. Our keys were not available when we got back and we had to wait for 15 minutes for them.

Booking teh parking space in Manchester airport long stay car park was fine, but it was difficult to find a space when I arrived and had to wait 25 minutes for a bus to take me back. Other car parks (Jet 1, 2, 3 qnd Plus all had either 2 or 3 shuttle buses in the time I waited.

Very dear , Belfast City nearly 50 quid for 5 days , paid the same for nearly 15 days at Belfast International during summer season

On arriving back at Newcastle Airport I phoned the Park and Fly phone number as we were staying at the Premier Inn the night before we flew so needed to check exactly where to wait for the bus to pick us up. Twenty minutes later we decided it was a waste of time so set of to walk to the Car park. On finally arriving there lugging our cases I was told by one gentleman there was no such flight as the one I said we were on!!! Eventually he found us and said oh all the other passengers on that flight have been collected (these names were all crossed off with a highlighter pen) but my name was still there, we had been delayed as one of our cases was next to last off the carousel. He said oh I apologise, gave me the car keys and told me where to find it. As I left the building there was laughter from the other 3 or 4 people that were also in the room, no doubt ribbing the gentleman that had been dealing with me. I was absolutely furious but also very upset so didn't return to challenge them. On the whole a very nasty experience I would not wish to repeat. After a very enjoyable holiday this was not what I was expecting from Park and Fly.

Customer service good but the confirmation details did not say how to use the car park.It did not say to take a ticket and clear it on return.You should send details explaining.Or a pass ticket into car park with booking confirmation

Not good this time I'm afraid, I noticed immediately on arrival that we were going to have trouble on exit, when the machine didn't greet me by name. Sure enough on exit we were presented with a demand for £112 I think! For a weeks parking!!!! I had pre paid, obviously, £26 for the week. Certainly hope this was a one off, as we use this facility 4 to 5 times a year.

Signing is very poor at Stansted Long Stay. No visible BCP sign, instructions are also few and far between if the auto number plate recognition fails to work. Some signing coming out instructs Pre-pay to use left side machines and then use right side machines.

On arrival at Long Stay 4 car park, signed to say car park full and to use Jet Parks 2. We were not happy at all as there was numerous free parking spaces & yet when we arrived at Jet Parks 2 we had to search for a space.

I wouldn't normally complain but the service on returning to get my car tonight was appalling. We waited for around 20-25mins for the bus to show up. Then had a driver with a very poor customer service skills. He throw the bags in to the van (which is nowhere near big enough. I went to get on the van, but there were no seats. He said that I could stand couldn't I, like we were being stupid. I said can I put this hand luggage in the back and he said couldn't I just hold it! I then stood, or should I say stooped in between people and bags. The driver by this point was having an argument with some other passengers (I say passengers as they decided to get a taxi rather than wait for the bus to come back around due to not being able to get themselves and all their luggage on). It took us over an hour to get back to the car. Really poor service, wouldn't use them again. regards Aaron McCrone

Used your car park before and found experience to be good. This time on arrival with my wife and two young children, I helped my wife and kids onto the bus then started to put my luggage on. We had three cases I put the first two on, went back for the third which was in view of the driver under the shelter when he closed the doors and drove off, my family on board me outside. My wife had to shout several times to get the driver to stop. I had to wheel my case down the road to join my family and received no appology at all despite my daughters both being in tears because they thought their daddy was going to be left behind! Another passenger spoke to him too and his attitude was very poor, maybe he was having a bad day but in doing so showed your organisation in a very poor light! His driving was also not what I would have expected, seemed to be braking very late, causing passengers to be thrown forward and cases to fall over. Again not what I have experienced before with your service. Since then when helping my daughter onto a train my youngest burst into tears again as she thought the doors where going to close and I was going to be left behind again. The experience on your service has obvious left my daughter with bad memories. On the return journey the bus was that full that in my opinion it was dangerous, nowhere for my family and I to sit and then lots of people got on after us making it difficult to even stand, I held a bar whilst the rest of my family held onto me for safety, the bus had to break suddenly and my daughter ended up falling. I know everyone is keen to get home but surely when the driver sees the bus is full, he shouldn't let more people squeeze on, felt like the tube in rush hour but with suitcases involved too! I fly 2-3 times a year and have used your service on several occasions without issue. I very rarely complete these surveys/feedback forms but on this occasion I felt compelled to. Carpark is mostly gravel and dirt and as it had been raining loads of muddy puddles i have a bad back and RSI impossible to push my 4 wheel suit case along so had to drag it which is no good for my disabilities plus i ended up with mud all over my case and my leggings and shoes! It cost more to use this than the long stay but as we were flying out of 1 terminal and into another we had no choice than to pay more and use this, wudnt use it again unless there was no other choice....
