The car park was undergoing improvement works and there was insufficient signage to direct cars to the exit.

I had to extend my holiday by two days. I originally paid approx. £39 for seven days parking, so i expected to pay no more than £15 for two days. I was shocked and upset that i had to pay an extra £45 for the two days. Paying that extra means it was dearer to park at the airport than to get a taxi there and back. I wont be using the long stay parking again. a very disappointed customer.

long wait for pickup back - there were so many of us waiting that the bus was full and people had to stand just from the one bus stop at north terminal - driver had to phone through that he did'nt have any room to do a south terminal pickup - not very frequent! the APH coaches passed by us all about 3 to 4 times before purple parking showed up.

The text message confirmation I received gave me the wrong postcode. Luckily, I still had the email, so could check the address of car park. Unimpressed that I had to again search for said email in order to get out of the car park without paying?

When I dropped the car off the receiving representative misunderstood the time I was returning. i.e recorded as 12.30pm when it should have been 12.30am. Consequently I was delayed by 40 minutes while my car was extracted from the parking area.

I am extremely unhappy because 1 day before my booking I found same parking through different website but using you on the same car park about £8 cheaper. I feel like been cheated when you send me an email with exclusive offer ot 10% off and then I found it cheaper.

Dropping off the car at the Terminal 5 was very good, having 2 very young grandchildren with us. Picking up on our return was HORRENDOUS. We phoned as instructed, went to the bus stop 28 Waiting for mini bus to arrive, waited and waited for more people to arrive, then went and picked up BCP drivers to take them back to base, then a very VERY long windy drive back to SOUTHALL! to pick up the car going around windy streets, without the satnav it would have been hard to find our way back!! Also driving in the total wrong direction to where we would eventual head to the accompanying broadcast of the football match at top volume! I had to ask for it to be turned down. I will never book this type of parking offer again. It took for ever to get home, eventually at 10.30 at night after landing at 7.08, this was not a quick option.

I couldnt find the carpark and when I called to ask for directions I was told I had the wrong number. The guy gave me a differnet number which i call and found it was the number for Ryanair!!!

It was a very quick and easy way to book, helpful staff member and the parking was spot on in the middle of london close to where we were visiting so saved us alot of time. would definately use again

Having paid for a text to be sent to my mobile phone, to confirm my booking, it would have been good if the postcode on the text was the correct one (and didn't relate to your old premises!) It was also very obvious that my car had been parked and the battery had gone flat (had someone left the lights on?) as someone had clearly needed to get it started with jump leads - the battery cover had been left off and the mileage counter had gone back to zero. Having said all of this, the minibus service was good and very punctual. Thank you!

Car park was very full when we got there with more cars arriving. We had to park in an electric car bay, just about the last space and felt lucky to get a space. We had no confidence that a space had been reserved for us and had we arrived 10 minutes later not sure what would have happened. There seemed to be no check on arrival for reserved cars vs cars that were just chancing for a Space. I would not be confident to use again as I felt no space was reserved

Barrier didn't recognise vehicle at ANPR. No one available on phone and therefore had to take a ticket which necessitated speaking to the controller on exiting. Fortunately I had prepared and retained my reference number from the booking.

We booked for whole day (24Hours) but were delayed by really bad traffic and so when we got to the car park there was one tiny parking space left, by chance, and this was only because no one else had parked in as it was so tight to manoeuvre into, but we had no other choice. I assumed, wrongly, that a place would be automatically be there for us but it' s luck of who gets there first and how long they stay. The car park attendant was very friendly and helpful and the location good but car parking experience not great
