The time it took to retreive my car on the return was longer than the bus service. Also yor prices went up cosiderably from when I first went to book and then I was taken ill and thought that I would have to cancel my holiday, so I ended up paying £117? Instead of my first enquiry of £ 74. ? This was not appreciated as I have used your company once or twice a year for over twenty years, and I think I will be looking elsewhere in future as this was the third time in a row that things have not been right. Also when you ask any of your staff at the pick up points regarding the poor standard they are usually rude and unhelpfull

Took a while to meet me both on drop off and arrival despite having full flight details and me contacting as per instructions. Had a way better service at heathrow from another company and was expected similar but was disappointed

Not enough disabled parking at the North Terminal car park. Yet again on exiting did not recognise car registration number.

My car was returned with the seat position and rake adjusted, my keyring modified and Radio 1 on the Radio - I was expecting my car and possessions to be returned to me in the same condition as I left them. It took me quite a while to get things back to how I like them, not at all happy with this element of the service - otherwise the service was fine.

The system worked well apart from when I arrived at the car park it was completely full and like others I had to park illegally and leave a note in my windscreen to hopefully prevent being issued a ticket. I wasn't but still could have done without the worry for the weekend.

My registration plate wasn't recognized when I arrived as stated on my booking confirmation. I had to go through the booking with a member of staff using the "help" button.

We had to wait the best part of an hour before we got the car and the driver found it a joke!

Parking at Belfast City Airport is very expensive compared to other UK airports.

Communication problems at maple manor parking meant that it took 1 hour for my car to be delivered back to me. This was not acceptable, and the first person i spoke to at dispatch should have been honest about the realistic wait that i should have expected. On the 3rd phone call i got an honest estimate and an explaination. 2 days later i received an apology and a 25% refund, which is why i am not rating this service "very poor".

It took 45 minutes to get our car back. it was due to accident, would have been OK if they had contacted us to let us know it was going to take some time. Just left us waiting. Previous time took 35 minutes to collect car. I will not be using you again. John Pettafor

Everything was good apart from the directions to get to the car park in the first place. I was travelling North up the M23 and have to say I ended up at a petrol station in Horsham that fortunately had an attendant at 4.30am who pointed me in the right direction meaning I did manage to catch my flight. Landmarks are only useful if you can see them and they have their names in lights.

This review was requested before the date of my booking. Therefore the score given is based solely on the fact that you were unable to schedule the feedback request to come out AFTER I had finished using your car parking service.

At Glasgow Airport, why do you have the Disabled, Blue Badge Parking area, in the middle of the ground floor, rather than being closer to the exit to the main building?

The drop-off went well, and normally would have merited a "Very Good" rating, however on my return from Estonia, I WAITED NEARLLY FIFTY MINUITES FOR THE RETURN OF MY CAR ON LANDING! Two different excuses were given, a Car-crash on the M25, and Baggage problems at the Airport, neither of these should have impacted on a premium service. This is disgraceful...I could have picked up my car from any other car park in person and been on the road for my 140 mile journey home. I paid for a premium service, and did not receive that service. This is the second time this Company has given me cause for complaint. A great shame as I fly regularly from various airports, and had in the past readily recommended B.C.P "Meet and Greet" to all my friends. Nigel Taylor 1st.October 2014

Arrived at East Midlands then sat in a queue into the meet & greet car park due to them being busy and having no spare bays, cars were parked haphazardly all over and just felt generally chaotic ! When we landed the service was much more 'as sold' and straightforward but not sure whether I would use BCP again purely for the stress at the beginning !!!
