AFTER HAVING BOOKED WITH BCP I WAS OFFERED A LOWER PRICE BY BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH GATWICK AIRPORT PARKING.

Bit of a shambles with the return. The guy at the airport did not quite know what he was trying to do in organising a formal order of passengers. It took the bus driver to ask who was first, second etc in line for the bus.

The person I spoke to booked my reservation wrong... A day later. I was also told by the adviser I would be charged £10 for parking if I went over my booking (as I was thinking about staying on for another day) The person at the gate told me it was £15. I will be calling you once I get back to the uk!!!! Not happy!

unfortunately there were delays in the bus link (I had to wait ~20-25mins for the bus) to Jetpark 3 due to road works - I appreciate that this was out of their control but it would have been nice to have been notified of these planned road works upon booking as I would have booked Jetpark2.

All good but it was not clear from the message on the screen exactly which zone we were in and I ended up wondering around the car park looking for my car. I had got off at the right stop but then failed to see that Zone V was at the same stop as X but on the other side of the road and in the dark and when tired it was not clear.

Worked although the process was confusing as the car-park was unmanned. We had to buzz on exit and had to wait 5 mins until the operator could verify that we had paid. There was also no discount on the standard charge to use the car park which I expected. In fact it cost me an additional £1 as I booked online.

The Long Stay Car Park at Inverness Airport was full. We were told to park in the short stay car park which was also full as were the entire environs of the airport which was strewn with cars, frankly it was mayhem. Eventually we got the car parked in the short stay and on our return it had been damaged. Previous experiences have been very good so clearly there is now a major problem with space allocation in the long stay car park. This urgently needs to be sorted out between BCP and the airport operators and without that reassurance we will be very reluctant to use the facility again.

Firstly, my email did not come so i got it sent to my husband's. Then when i went back to the hotel, the reference number was the only page i had printed - the hotel could not find anything relating to this. Luckily, then I remembered that it was not on my email, but on my husbands, when they eventually found it - it took the goodness out of my weekend break!!!

Took a long time for bus to arrive, then drive to terminal was slow. On return leg, the bus journey to car park was equally slow. At one stop, the driver pulled in and chatted to another driver for a few minutes. Very disappointing.

Although we pre-booked and paid on line when we came to exit a note came up that we owed £162.00 so we had to call for help. We then had to quote our booking reference number and the person who made the booking. Finally we were allowed to exit without charge. All rather frustrating as this was late at night after an early start and a long day travelling.

I was parked in J, Sunday 26th Oct to Sat 1st Nov. Arrived back at 11pm had to wait half an hour for a bus, the queue was the longest I have ever seen. Once on the bus at the terminal we had to wait until a bus moved that was parked in front of us. After being reunited with my car - there were NO exit signs so it was difficult to find the way out. I obviously did in the end. At the exit there had to be 50 cars trying to get out with the barriers working. The barriers were finally lifted permanently, but the lighting was very poor and it was very difficult to actually see where the road went.

You are (or should be) aware, as I've already contacted you about this booking! I tried to contact you with 24hrs notice to cancel as my father-in-law had passed away, but the online response back from you said this wasn't possible. I do not want to be contacted again to rate how good your service was, you'll appreciate. If you choose to ignore this second correspondence from me again, I will take to twitter and highlight your service issues via social media.

going out from parking wanted 25 minutes for the bus to take us to airport (imagine if one leave flight check in at last minute)...... coming back waited 37 (THIRTY SEVEN ) minutes for the bus to arrive to pick up point. unacceptable especially when they advertise 10-15 minutes. we will not use this parking again.
