“Parking at Belfast International Airport. Simple to book and park on arrival. Bit of a trek from car parking spots to courtesy coach, which wasn't ideal for my partially disabled wife. And on the way back the phone line for the courtesy coach wasn't working correctly which meant having to go back in to the airport to try and find some way of contacting the coach, not easily achieved but ultimately resolved. Staff all very helpful.”

“The telephone number was constantly engaged which added to to delays. Upon arrival, getting through was again a problem and there was also a mix up for some reason which meant that we were waiting for about 40 minutes before picking up the car. This obviously defeated the object of booking meet and greet parking.”

“car park was very busy and some driving required before finding a parking space, On the positive side the surface of car park has been resurfaced so much smoother than it used to be and a lot easier to pull your suitcase.”

“When we arrived back from flight the bus took about half an hour to arrive after we called. Getting the car back was fine but my car was so dirty when I got it back which was not the condition it was left in.”

“Quite expensive for a week in comparison to car parks at Dublin airport where they were almost half the price. Only for late flight time with a baby I would have considered some of the other car parks in the area.”

“Read the small print, I made the mistake of parking in the wrong car park, and because of that was charged £60 by that company. I did'ent use bcp facility, but because I did'ent read the small print, was told I would'ent be entitled too a refund. Would'ent recommend this lot to anyone.”

“Bcp car park at Leeds Bradford Airport not signposted at all so parked in error on long stay and, on calling BCP after arrival in Spain, was told nothing could be done. Had to pay full price for long stay.. Although appreciate I should have read the notes more thoroughly I still feel that car park should be better signed..”

“On arrival drove up to barriers. Machine said reading number plate but barriers didn't lift. After shunting backwards and towards eventually got a ticket and drive through. On departure after a night flight put ticket in machine barriers didn't lift and then got message to go back to the pay station. Pressed buzzer and eventually someone answered asked for my registration number and raised the barriers”

“It was very busy when we arrived and had to queue for a while to check our car in. The location was quite difficult to find as well. Otherwise, parking was affordable and conveniently located for us and staff were friendly.”

“The Bus took 20 minutes to collect us from the North Terminal. There was quite a number of people waiting by then. There was no room for luggage and the aisle were blocked... really poor. Clearly 2 buses at peak times is not enough. I am not sure why on arrival you have to complete further paperwork, surely it should be done before we arrive. Ian Potts”

“Clearer information required in car park as to were the transfer buses stop. Also did not appreciate having to drag our luggage from one end of airport to the other ( Arrivals lounge to Departure lounge check in hall A) to have our car park ticket validated when arriving back at Leeds Bradford Airport.”

“The buses were far too busy and overcrowded and needed to wait for another one which again very very busy so at these perk times do u need to run more often On way out and especially on return not very happy or friendly staff, very abrupt Need to consider on return to car park not opening all doors as it felt like a scrum and no consideration for those with buggies and families so they should have one queue and go on in orderly manner helping those who need it not letting chaos reign”

“You need to sort out you reception and collection system. Queue's at 2 in the morning extending out of the office across the main route for moving the cars in to parking, someone could get hurt. The office used last year by Airparks was far better, not sure if you are renovating that office but the downside for you is that I would look elsewhere next time and pay a little more. I was not the only one in the 30 minute queue that expressed this opinion”

“Parking used to be much simpler. Having to get your ticket validated after getting off the plane is a nuisance, I don't want to stand in yet another queue and have more paperwork checked, I just want to get in my car & go home. I will looking at alternative carparks next time.”

“Need better control of parking close to exits. Car regularly abandoned outside the parking areas close to exit causing restrictions.”
