“There was a problem with the booking that was out off there control, a persistent young lady phoned and emailed me with an upgrade so I got a free mini valet at no extra charge and an apology . That is what I call good service.”

“This service was really good from beginning to end. It was very easy to make a booking and I received a confirmation email quickly. We were met by a friendly man who assisted us with our bags (and was waiting with a trolley when we arrived). He explained exactly how to get into the terminal, and exactly what to do when we arrived back at the airport to have our car returned to us. It took no time to walk into our check-in area and again to walk out of the airport to our car when we got back.”

“First time I have used meet and greet as I normally stay in a hotel the night before departure. However as I was travelling with family which included two very young children we decided to try this service. We found it exceptionally good and extremely convenient. The arrival procedure was faultless and there was just one small delay in the departure procedure when the driver had to change the pick up point because he said our car was too high for the original car park level quoted. At all times communication was maintained and we will certainly use the service again.”
