“The initial booking process was simple and easy until trying to add the card details to make the payment. No matter what I did I couldn't get it to accept it. I planned to try later. Approx 30 mins later a customer service agent called me to check if all was ok with the reservation, as it was still sitting in their pending files. I explained my issue, she took the details over the phone and sent me my confirmations straight back. What started out as a bit of a pain ended up being fantastically well rescued by your customer service team. Very impressed...”
