“They met us on time and as expected, we then just had to walk into the airport and check-in which is exactly what we wanted so that was good. On the way back we had to call them a couple of times because the line was busy but after a few minutes they answered the phone and explained where to meet them for the delivery of our car back to us. It was an early morning flight so I was worried about being met on time, but I called before I arrived and they were already there waiting for me. Flew back into T3.
