“When you book online, the screen does not give specific instructions on where to take the car on departure from the UK, if you are leaving from Terminal 1. If my mobile had not been charged up, or if I'd forgotten to bring it with me, there was no way we'd have been able to make contact with each other. Now that we know the form, though, we will use Meet and Greet again.”
