“On our departure, the person meeting us called ahead and was there to meet us. Very quick hand-over and extremely handy for the departures at terminal 1, which, with three young children, made the process much easier. On the way back, it was very hard to get hold of our driver as the reception in the terminal was poor and we couldn't get through. Not surprisingly, it took a little longer than on inward journey to get our car back, but all in all it was very straight forward process and we would definitely use it again.”
“I normally take a cab to the airport but grew tired of the slow drive so thought I'd give my own car a run out. I did not realise there was a meet and greet when I booked this service. I called the number provided on my confirmation email and my driver immediately came and found me - perfect. Very easy and no hassle. When my return flight was rescheduled I called the company to explain I would be a day late. I was told this was not a problem and upon arrival my car was there after the 20 minutes required after phoning them. I would strongly recommend. I will not look any further than rebooking this service whenever I go away in future. cool service and tip-top value.”

“The initial booking process was simple and easy until trying to add the card details to make the payment. No matter what I did I couldn't get it to accept it. I planned to try later. Approx 30 mins later a customer service agent called me to check if all was ok with the reservation, as it was still sitting in their pending files. I explained my issue, she took the details over the phone and sent me my confirmations straight back. What started out as a bit of a pain ended up being fantastically well rescued by your customer service team. Very impressed...”
