“I was made to wait 40 minutes on my return and complained to the driver who dropped my car and within an hour I received a call from the customer services manager to apologise and explain the delay. An informative phone call would have been nice but they she offered me a 50% discount on my next booking and was really understanding so fair play as it can?t be great every time! Will be back for another chance.”
“Whilst the arrival procedure was excellent, unfortunately our meet and greet driver went to the wrong terminal to meet me upon my return. It was obviously a genuine error as he had the correct terminal written on a piece of paper - he was extremely apologetic, very polite and I subsequently received a text offering me a 10% discount next time I travel. Mistakes happen and really I couldn?t otherwise fault the service and will definitely use you again.”
“Manchester is a confusing place to the inexperienced and there are meet and greet signs but these are for the actual airport meet and greet which isn?t exactly meet and greet so we were thankful to the great directions from parkbutler as it saved us getting lost. Thank you.”
“Great service and excellent value. On departure I had to wait about 15min as there was some holdup on the way. I kept ringing the driver who said he was on the ramp but did not arrive for quite a while. On arrival the service was excellent as I was rung when I landed and the car was waiting for me.”
“I felt that arrival facility could be done better. I had to wait 15minutes on my return as returning from Ireland i got straight through as no customs. I would have felt that the flight should have been monitored and the car awaiting on my arrival.”
“My father in law recommended this service after using it and im not sure if my experience was normal or as good as his as I did not receive the mini valet I booked. Yes they gave me the money back instantly when I told them about the lack of clean to my car but I expected better as it was recommended. The airport manager said it was a driver error in forgetting to park the car in the valet wash section, still these things should be checked. Only good thing parking was easy and ontime. 5 out of 10 for me!”
