“First visit of the year to our favourite garden centre they are having a lovely revamp. They have everything that the gardener needs so well stocked. Lots of gifts as usual.The cafe & the garden are looking great as always.

“I absolutely love this garden centre!
It's local to me which is great for convenience, I find prices are good for a local centre. If I compare them to say BnQ for example, then parkers would be more expensive but you should expect this as they don't buy in bulk like BnQ, plus they don't leave plants to perish.
I've been at different times of the year and every time there has been a wonderful range of plants and great offers.
It was great to see even in the little reduction area for plants that they were still watered and not left to die. I also witnessed care of the plants one day, watered, checked, and pruned etc. Great care.
The shop is wonderful and stocks an array of goods. I would like to see more houseplants to be honest, I'd rather houseplants than books as this seems outdated to me.
Wonderful staff, all very helpful and knowledgeable.
I personally on the one time I've used the cafe had a really good experience. I chose a full breakfast and it was delicious. Yes there was a wait in the que but it's a small team, I didn't find anyone rude. My MIL left her handbag by accident and the staff found it and kept it safe until she remembered and went back for it after an hour!

“I have been a customer of yours for several year especially frequenting the coffee shop and for years have encountered poor service and especially poor attitude to customers from one particular member of staff who is the manager in charge of pencils who thinks she is in charge of everything. She needs reminding that customers pay her wages. If you have to employ this person she must not be customer facing as it does your company no good. You have now lost my custom”
“Staff very rude. I’m disabled now and the disables parking spaces are always blocked by equipment or compost bags etc. I brought this to the attention of two male workers there, both were extremely rude. This is not the first time but it is the last. Won’t go again. Ever!!!!”
