“Never received my product. Sent 6 emails and all I got was there’s nothing we can do the delivery confirmation says it was delivered. Well, it WAS NOT delivered. If you don’t honor your customer’s honest requests for assistance, you have no integrity as a business owner. All I wanted was the product, not a refund. Then to add insult to injury I received a PayPal charge second one when I didn’t even get the first one. Absolutely a trash company! Zero customer service. I’d give zero stars if i could. Also if they dispute this review.. I have the receipts and emails to back what I’m saying. Garbage.”

Hi - I looked up the history of our communication with you and see that my team followed our protocol to provide the resources you need to file a claim with the post office. I do see the 4 emails from you as we attempted to help. We were waiting for you to forward the information from the post office but did not receive that from you. If you would like to forward that information from the post office we will happily ship you a replacement. When you signed up for the first order you chose the lower priced subscription bottle and that did put you onto an auto-fill sequence. Perhaps you did not see the reminder email or the reminder text that we send out 5 days in advance? I did check your account and see that a team member cancelled and refunded that second order before it left the building. We don't need receipts - we have all of those - we were just waiting for that information from the post office - do send it and we will take care of this for you.

“Have not received my order in stated time and have contacted company 4 times with no response. Cannot get any shipping info. When go to tracking it says can find no information”

If you were successful in placing an order with Parlor Games you will have received a receipt and shipping notification that went to the email address you used to order. Important: There are counterfeiters who have online stores which suggest they sell Parlor Games products on the internet. These are fraud sites so be sure that you received an email confirmation from Parlor Games - search your email file and your spam for our emails.

I'm so sorry that you experienced a side effect. Irritation can happen if you are more than five years from menopause or if there has been significant estrogen decline. There are ways to mitigate the irritation that can occur at the early stages of healing if the skin has become thin. To test if there is something in the cream that is irritating the skin - apply a pump to your inner wrist and see if there is a reaction. If not, it's likely the thinness of the skin. Some women have extremely thin skin, so applying anything can cause irritation... like putting antiseptic cream on a raw graze. The steady supply of estriol will gradually work to rebuild the tissue. This will help solve the soreness and the itching. For some women this happens quickly, for others, it happens more slowly, we are all so individual. One option could be to apply only on the outer labia, where the hair grows and the skin is thicker, for a few weeks. There is a large network of blood vessels in the whole area that will get the estriol delivered locally. We encourage patience; thinning vaginal skin doesn't happen overnight and so it can take a while to rebuild. “Thought this would help but causes more itching, burning and pain. I feel raw now and I did not feel raw before. Hate this stuff. Should not make you worse. I understand that it could take some time to work but should not be worse.”

“I am 51, and smack dab in the middle of perimenopause. For the last two years, I've struggled with increased vaginal and labial dryness and irritation. I have used hormonal suppositories and cream (prescription), as well as OTC hyaluronic acid suppositories and ointments, creams, butters, oils, etc. -- all to no effect. But after two weeks of Silky Peach Cream, I could go for a bike ride, wear my favorite jeans (they chafed before.- and I was about to donate them...), and engage in intimate activity with PLEASURE! I felt a tiny little stinging sensation for the first couple of applications -- and I still do if I've had a lot of rigorous activity down there -- but each month, I feel more and more like my *peach * can handle everything that I did in my twenties...only it's more fun now! I've used it in a pinch as a facial moisturizer, too. No miracles on that front, but it does make packing my travel bag a lot easier!”

“79 years old. Constant burning. Tried 5 different lubricants, and yeast stuff. None worked full time. Silky Peach Cream totally solved the problem!!!! Felt slightly stingy the first 3 nights, but just when first applied. I put it on mt eyelids too. They look MUCH less crappie! Love this product! Asked my doc about using it, and he said, "no problem". Not a fan of the FDA. They put a halt on the ibuprofen cream that I used for back and knee pain. Now I order it from the UK.”

“Horrible yeast infection ensued after four to five uses with two of those on an every other day basis to go slow and because I was tired and forgot before bed. Now I’m paying for OTC infection treatments on top of the price of this. I do see explanations about why those may arise. I already take probiotics. Hard to stay enthused about continued use.”

You are absolutely correct. Products that are used externally do not need an FDA approval. All the over the counter hormone products available currently do not have FDA approval because they are applied onto the skin, not inside the body. “I have been miserable with pain & burning every day for months. I ordered the Peachy Cream atleast 3 mths ago but was afraid to try it. (I've been on a heavy dose of steriods for colitis). Finally couldn't stand it anymore. After reading alot of reviews, I used 2 pumps before bed last night. Hint: Soak the dispenser in hot water for a few minutes to get the cream out. The cream stung alittle but much less than I anticipated. I knew I was better when I woke up this morning but figured the pain would come back during the day. It has not! I just can't believe the difference! Hallelujah!”

“Silky Peach Cream is a good product and does what it say. However, the customer service department is terrible. A package wasn't delivered, and they wouldn't send a replacement. I would think if you were trying to attract more business, you would want to keep existing customers happy.”

“I'm 69 years old and stopped having sex a few year ago. I was really dry and itchy and sex was painful. After using this product I was no longer itchy and dry. The plus was, that I got my tingles back and sex was amazing!!. No more pain. Thanks parlor games. Will order more. Love all the information you provide on menopause.”

Hi anonymous ALL customers receive an emailed receipt which includes all the information you provided for your order.
