Hi there, we have had a huge uptick in counterfeiters who are selling on Walmart, Shein, Temu, and Shopify stores, and are advertising on google ads. Hi Colleen - I have cancelled your subscription and you can return the orders for a refund as long as the bottles are not opened. I did check to see if you placed a subscription order or a one time order on your first purchase and that first order was a subscription order which is why we continued to ship the orders to you. I did also check our phone number this morning and it does ring through to our office so I am wondering what number you used. “It has only been 23 days and my life is getting back track. After 11 yr of Feeling miserable and hating life & myself. I was using HRT tables for time only for my Symptoms to get worse. “Never received my product. Sent 6 emails and all I got was there’s nothing we can do the delivery confirmation says it was delivered. Well, it WAS NOT delivered. If you don’t honor your customer’s honest requests for assistance, you have no integrity as a business owner. All I wanted was the product, not a refund. Then to add insult to injury I received a PayPal charge second one when I didn’t even get the first one. Absolutely a trash company! Zero customer service. I’d give zero stars if i could. Also if they dispute this review.. I have the receipts and emails to back what I’m saying. Garbage.”

Hi - I looked up the history of our communication with you and see that my team followed our protocol to provide the resources you need to file a claim with the post office. I do see the 4 emails from you as we attempted to help. We were waiting for you to forward the information from the post office but did not receive that from you. If you would like to forward that information from the post office we will happily ship you a replacement. When you signed up for the first order you chose the lower priced subscription bottle and that did put you onto an auto-fill sequence. Perhaps you did not see the reminder email or the reminder text that we send out 5 days in advance? I did check your account and see that a team member cancelled and refunded that second order before it left the building. We don't need receipts - we have all of those - we were just waiting for that information from the post office - do send it and we will take care of this for you.

If you were successful in placing an order with Parlor Games you will have received a receipt and shipping notification that went to the email address you used to order. Important: There are counterfeiters who have online stores which suggest they sell Parlor Games products on the internet. These are fraud sites so be sure that you received an email confirmation from Parlor Games - search your email file and your spam for our emails.

I'm so sorry that you experienced a side effect. Irritation can happen if you are more than five years from menopause or if there has been significant estrogen decline. There are ways to mitigate the irritation that can occur at the early stages of healing if the skin has become thin. To test if there is something in the cream that is irritating the skin - apply a pump to your inner wrist and see if there is a reaction. If not, it's likely the thinness of the skin. Some women have extremely thin skin, so applying anything can cause irritation... like putting antiseptic cream on a raw graze. The steady supply of estriol will gradually work to rebuild the tissue. This will help solve the soreness and the itching. For some women this happens quickly, for others, it happens more slowly, we are all so individual. One option could be to apply only on the outer labia, where the hair grows and the skin is thicker, for a few weeks. There is a large network of blood vessels in the whole area that will get the estriol delivered locally. We encourage patience; thinning vaginal skin doesn't happen overnight and so it can take a while to rebuild. “I am 51, and smack dab in the middle of perimenopause. For the last two years, I've struggled with increased vaginal and labial dryness and irritation. I have used hormonal suppositories and cream (prescription), as well as OTC hyaluronic acid suppositories and ointments, creams, butters, oils, etc. -- all to no effect.
