“Order changed then cancelled the day before delivery.
If you want balloons delivered I wouldn't bother. Spent £50 on an order with a large special delivery fee over a week in advance. Messaged to say certain items weren't available and would I be happy to swap them out which I did. Then messaged the day before the party when they were due to be delivered to say they couldn't deliver them on time. Awful company with awful service!!”
