“There was a problem with the parts i ordered, the wrong one were sent, this i think was a problem with the data base not being accurate! The wrong vehicle came up so i was sent the wrong components , However this was dealt with in a very swift and professional manner. “Ordered my battery on saturday, delivered on tuesday, very well packed and ready to fit, car had flat battery, only 3 year old car, but stop/start type. Fitted and started first time. Even the plastic trim from the last battery fitted the new one, so no fuss installing. Thanks again.”

“Ordered on the Sunday with Thursday delivery. Arrived Tuesday! Had to refuse because package (battery) was leaking. Carriers fault. Phoned to explain needed before weekend and replacement was delivered next day, Wednesday. Superb service and communication cannot recommend highly enough.”
