“Item was wrong for the car did not fit wiper blade bosch miles away . But on contact to get returns code dealt with excellent not got refund yet but was told no problem will get refund . Customer care after sales 5 stars.”

“The delivery of the battery was impressive, although as a layman (complete non-expert), as the battery arrived with a sheet of paper stating "Important! The battery vent plugs must be removed prior to use!" - and my battery does not seem to HAVE vent plugs, I did need to perform some follow up investigation. The bonus creme egg was nice though.”

“All items ordered delivered as promised and within the stated time frame. The only downside, there is no tracking facility for orders. this would allow one to plan time away from the delivery address.”
