Hi Jennifer, We are sorry you did not enjoy your order. We state on the product page that our products are totally "totally PG, PEG, VG, MCT free" which are the chemicals used in "vape juices" to dilute their products and make them less viscous. Because we only sell high strength products - 60% cannaninoids - we don't use any dilutants which is what keeps our products viscous and gives them their strong effect. It seems a little harsh to get a bad review when we did make this clear on the product page and you didn't message to double check before purchase given this was a deal breaker for you!
