“Pasta is really yummy and very simple to make! Good customer service team. My order was delivered to the wrong address once but customer services were quick to help. Portion sizes are quite small, they could be a bit more generous! Happy though!”

“The whole service is brilliant, the website emails and photos of the pasta are mouthwatering, they are delivered in sensible packaging which keeps it fresh even in hot weather and they taste amazing. It’s high end restaurant quality food and therefore very much worth the price. Would highly recommend”

We are planning on integrating vegan dishes into our weekly menu in the future Paul. In the meantime, we consistently have a selection of 2 or more vegetarian dishes. Thanks for your review.

“I am not a pasta fan but wanted a change from gousto and the likes of them so tried a once off order. Just let me say... WOW! My head that been turned, so fresh, so stunningly rich and indulgent and so so easy to make. Granted its expensive but I buy it as a treat to myself every once in a while.”

Thank you Nicole, same feedback to you about our effort to compromise with fresh pasta and ingredients and prices. We are doing our best and the choice of several dishes every week allows us to provide you with different price range which should be useful already. Also you should try and have a look at the subscriptions as they are more convenient and very flexible in terms of frequency and management. Cheers!

“You website doesn’t work very well - i selected this weeks meals and you took my money - it never arrived and Im told you didnt receive my order. I was counting on this order as Im going away tomorrow and planned to use the dishes in my Campervan. Sadly I paused my account until you fix your web issues - it was nothing to do with cookie on my computer as I selected the meals from my ipad. When using my iphone and ipad I can not easily find the log in which is probably why my order was not submitted correctly!”

“I am really sorry to say I was disappointed in the lobster ravioli. The pasta was good quality and the filling tasty but the sauce was inadequate and the crumb only made the whole dish dryer. In hindsight I think I should have chosen a pasta with more sauce. I am now reluctant to try another dish even with your kind offer of a discount. I truly adore Italian pasta dishes but this was not for me or my husband.”

"Not all doughnuts come up with a hole" as they say in Italy, Christine. Very sorry for disappointing you and your husband with that recipe. We test them before we put them in production and for that type of filled pasta, already rich, the recipe requires not much sauce. Of course, your feedback is now on board with us and we will try our best to avoid this inconvenience in future. I am sure you will find other dishes meeting your expectations so why not to give us another chance? Thank you thank you!

“Some may think that paying restaurant prices for pasta you cook at home is a bit much but when you try the pasta it tastes worth it! This ain’t just restaurant quality pasta, it’s high end Italian restaurant quality pasta! This is a luxury service with customer service to match.”

“This is such a clever idea. An interesting innovative menu which changes each week providing high quality food beautifully packaged to enable the busy person to eat at home with the minimum of fuss.
