“The people of patch and purr are amazing individuals. They treated my fur baby with so much care and in this hard time in the world as well. I cant recomend them enough. Im so thankful i found them to help keep my gorgie's memory alive”

“Patch & Purr are fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. I new patch & purr when it was Eternal Peace. The service is unreal. Staff allow you to talk to them and your furbabby before they go. There prices are good.”

“Patch and Purr made a difficult time much easier. We had no idea what our options were and the process after he passed away. The cremation of our rabbit was arranged through our vet. Patch and Purr were very considerate and professional. They gave us a tracking number to follow while he was away from us, and seamless in delivering him home to us a few days after. Their representative was very sweet and checked in on the familie’s well being. Lovely company to deal with.”

“We entrusted our beloved dog Jakey to Patch and Purr’s care. We chose them because of their guarantee that it would be his ashes returned to us, validated by a tracking system, and their many options to remember him by. Their empathy and kindness will not be forgotten, and he was back i our home in a few days. I could not have had a more positive and supportive experience from start to finish, and our family now has a unique and precious way to remember him physically as well as in our hearts. Our deepest gratitude, and highest of recommendations. Thank you!❤️”

“Our family dog passed away at home which was not expected it was our worst time speaking to staff and the organisation of the cremation for all family members to have a memory of him the organisation went above and beyond to help us and deliver his urn back to us .I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again . Thank you to all staff at Patch and Purr for helping us through a very difficult time .”

“The process with the final cremation of our beloved Luci went smoothly with Patch and Purr. We were told all the options for her ashes and before long we received a lovely urn, a patch of Luci's hair and a paw print for us to remember her by. We have used other organisations with previous pets and found Patch and Purr to be efficient and good value for money, in comparison with them. They took the stress out of this difficult time for us.”

“So compassionate, helpful & supportive They understood Tyler was so much a part of our family & even though he was an old cat his passing was extremely sudden The time they took on the phone and even during the drop off to make sure we were ok -all their staff are sensational”
