“Can not praise Patch & Purr enough every thing they promise is exactly how it happens. Our 4 year old Suez was returned to us on the day promised and the exact time very professional from start to finish I will recommend to everyone congratulations Patch & Purr you and your staff should be very proud of your Company what a team.”

“After doing a quick Google search, I looked at a few places that offered similar services, but it was the selection of memorabilia that I loved from Patch & Purr. The staff were wonderful, they were kind and patient with me despite me being an emotional wreck and not knowing what I was doing. Renee was exceptionally sweet and personable and I felt she genuinely cared and had my back when I was being slightly irrational and fearful about my best friend being lost or mishandled. They really saved me when I was falling apart to get my beloved cat home to me and offer whatever comfort they could. Could not recommend more.”

“I highly recommend Patch and Purr. From the phone representatives to the one who picked up our dog, and dropped off her ashes, everyone was friendly and sensitive to the situation. They made the entire process easy which allowed us to grieve. I wish to thank everyone involved.”

“I cannot express how much love and support I received when my darling Henrii Wiinston passed away in April. I was literally distraught and they lady who answered the phone made me feel comforted and understood my pain. I was able to see Henrii again before he was cremated and in my devastation this was a comforting experience, even though I would have done anything to have Henrii back with me. They returned Henrii just 2 days later and I got a call saying "We are 30 minutes away and are bringing Henrii home". The service as a fur mummy was exactly what I needed and what our family needed in coming to grips with the loss of our beloved little man. Thank you for the care you gave to us and especially to Henrii Wiinston. x”

“From start to finish I felt as though any questions were answered honestly and that my girl was in the safest of hands. The pet tracker gave me peace of mind that I was getting Mauve and only Mauve back. I liked that I was asked if I’d like some fur as part of my girls keepsake. As I was on a university placement during this time, it was a relief to know she was being taken care of, and she’d be back at home with me within the week.”

“We used Patch and Purr in April this year. they have a very fast and professional service. they generally care about what your going through. We made a call to them and everything was sorted over the phone within 24 hours. their staff are professional and friendly. they made a difficult time for us a lot easier. They came to us we didn't even have to leave our house. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their pet cremated. thank you Patch and Purr. Their prices are very reasonable too.”

“After finding out we needed to assist our precious canine friend, Coco to cross the rainbow bridge we were so thankful to find Patch and Purr. They helped us put everything in place to ensure his restful passing with dignity. All our needs were met with care and consideration for both Coco and ourselves. “My experience with Patch and Purr was excellent. Through a difficult and painful time, the staff were compassionate and helpful. This was an unexpected loss, however, a friendly team member picked up my pet within hours of my call. My pet was returned two days later by the same staff member. The entire process was smooth and they kept me informed every step of the way. I chose not to use the complimentary bereavement counselling but it was wonderful to be offered this, even though I purchased a basic package. With the ID system they use, I was reassured that I received my own pet's remains. I highly recommend Patch and Purr and will use them in the future (although hopefully not for a long time!)”
