“I’m a veterinary nurse who has used Eden Hills professionally for years, ended up buying my dogs vessel through Patch & Purr after I changed my mind on whether or not to scatter him. I’ve always been happy with Eden Hills and the vessels they supply our clients and so I knew what I would be receiving would be good quality. The box is great quality and I am very happy with it, my only comment is that the engraved name plate arrived separately from the box and I had to attach it myself. I had no complaints about doing this, however, I know there would be some who would expect it to be attached when it arrives to them. Just some feedback for the future 😀”

“easy to deal with - took care of everything. the only thing I would suggest is ask the client for a photo - so when the memory box comes back it has a photo.”
