“Customer service is terrible. I wanted return an item because the quality was poor compared to the money i payed for. It took forever to finally hear from customer service and then they provided me with the wrong address. They sent back the package and then finally gave me the right address and it has arrived, however, i still have not recieved my money back and i’ve been waiting for 2 months”
“Avoid this company, they are not serious and have a terrible customer support.
My order was shipped quickly, but after shipping it quickly turned obvious that this won't be an easy run. In the tracking details I saw they requested the package to be returned, only a couple of hours later when it was shipped, while still in Germany. After some delay it continued its way all across the world to Asia, so I got relaxed, the problem is solved. When the package arrived to the country I live, UPS contacted me they cannot deliver, because there is a return request on the package.
I contacted PV's support, to understand the reason of return, but they assured me that everything is alright I'll get the order soon. I did not. The next couple of days I spent trying to reason with UPS, who stated they didn't receive a return cancellation and they cannot do anything. I also tried to reach PV many times in email, Messenger and WhatsApp, but they didn't answer anymore. Only once on their web chat, when they assured again that they solved everything and I'll get the package the following day. I did not.
I gave up at this point and initiated a chargeback at PayPal, luckily I get a refund the same day. At least PayPal are reliable.”
“Hei, I received my Multifunctional Blue mesh today. Very easy payment, by the way I ordered 2 of September and I took from the post office 9 of September. It came from DE to NO, so I think it's pretty fast delivery at this time. I got a tracking number from the company. Order was sent by DHL. Free shipping. But in my opinion, the price for watch is overrated.
The watch is very stylish, beautiful colour, everything is working and I hope that will work for a long time!
Ps. For the first time was just a little bit difficult to open the strap and to fix the size, but after YouTube video my man fixed it.

“I bought a watch for my husband birthday and when it arrived the time kept stopping. Whenever we manually adjust the time it works for 30 seconds then it stops. I contacted customer service by email, they said they'll get back to me, but it's been 2 days I haven't heard from them. If it wasn't for this issue I would have given it a 5 stars, but it is certainly not worth buying a watch where the time doesn't work and where you are completely ignored from customer service despite having a warranty.”
