“I had ordered this gift for Valentine's day good on time and it was supposed to get delivered at the 10th of February, unfortunately on the 7th I received an e-mail that It would be late 2-3 days but on time for Valentine's day so I didn't need to worry. I have received the item today at 17 February but the quality is really bad, the roses look old and have a white coller instead of a shiny pinkish and there is an random watch mark but I didn't buy a watch.... customer service only reacts with : "sorry it was late there was snow and covid" that is bs because they didn't even have sended it to the carrier when I emailed them the 15th.”

“Do NOT order from this firm. Watch ordered on their UK site. Watch dispatched via UPS from Germany. UPS arrive and say there is £41.25 to pay import duty. This was not mentioned when ordering, although they have subsequently updated their site to say you are liable for this additional tax. AVOID unless you want to accept 33% extra added to your bill.”

“I ordered a watch to Israel as a gift beginning of September.
I didn't got the watch on the time that was promised.
I contact the seller to find where is my watch? and why I didn't got it yet? They said It will have to wait 4 to 8 weeks till they investigate the problem.
I got a reply after 6 weeks- "we investigate a the problem and we will send you second watch to the address". I asked for the tracking number for the second watch to make sure I'll get it .
They constantly ignore my request, in respond to that they send me the old tracking number that says that my watch has been lost.
I never received the second watch neither I keep being ignored in my messages. I paid money for a product that I never received being ignored buy this help support. I've been asking for a refund and they ignore me as well.
I'm very upset with Paul Valentine very poor customer service they just take my money and I never got The Watch.”

The parcel was delivered on 2nd November to the incorrect address, this is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife.”

“Horrible customer service. Product received mid October - due to unforeseen circumstances the person who the gift was for did not need the gift anymore. Product sent back within 2 days (unopened in original shipping box). After over a week of no response contacted the retailer and received a response saying that the product sent back was scratched. Asked for photos and explained it was immediately sent back - no photos were available from their end. They said that it now needs to be sent to their inspections department for further inspection - and that this is their normal procedure (not to worry). After another week no update - reached out again just to get the same info. This has now been over a month from the time they have received the unopened return and are refusing to process the refund. Each time you try to get in touch with someone it seems like they are using a template to send back the same type of message (this is our normal procedure, please be patient, don't worry). This is completely ridiculously unacceptable customer service. I wish more potential customers will read and think twice before purchasing from Paul Valentine. And please, if this review is read by PV customer rep, don't respond with your regular template "...we are in touch and are working on solving this issue.." - you are not in touch with me -every customer communication was initiated by me - and now, you don't even answer chat/whatsup/ customer line requests for an update on this refund... Pathetic.”
