“I have a pair of your shoes which I bought a number of years ago, they are in red white and blue, a really lovely shoe, what has happened to the quality of your shoes now I have bought two pairs of shoes since and they are no where near the same quality, the soles are coming away from the toe area. I will not be buying any more. Yours sincerely Mrs L Holmes.”

“Hi yesterday I went to the shop in the queue Gloucester,I had a lady called Fay who went above and beyoung,for service!! At one time we had 30 pairs of shoes on the floor plus sandels. She was so good and did not get cross and I feel very sad she could not set a pair to fit my side feet,I just hope her boss will give her a reward ,as she only works part time. Thank you so much Day you are such a wonderful assistant best wishes ELIZABETH”

“Your LDerry store clerk Thurs Jan 26 2023 was simply amazing. Having difficult feet to fit I've never had so much help and friendliness while getting shoes. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I sure hope she's realises how great she is. And is recognised as a very valuable member of staff. I'll be back 💯 percent!”

“Visited the Pavers Store in the Mansfield Designer Outlet Retail Park. Asked about Orthotic insoles. Was told they stocked them but were out of stock in my size. Ordered a pair in store to be delivered to my home address. Paid for them in store. Received an email to say they were out of stock and would be sent ASAP. Have received two further emails, each one putting the delivery further back. I need the insoles for a painful foot condition and have had to order from elsewhere. Reading the other reviews I'm not hopeful of getting a refund. Very poor service.”

“Just harvest credit card information then cancel the order to say they are not in stock, they are still available on the website over 15 hours later to buy but not in stock ? So why continue to collect people's payment details when you could just update your website to say out of stock ?”

“Extremely Bad customer service!! I bought 4 pairs only 3 turned up , they cancel the other pair , but when I call there was 200 in stock , they sent out another which never came . I complained which they send another pair after 14 called a large amount of emails . U sent two pairs back only to find that haven’t gone be me a full refund.. No idea Why and customer service doesn’t know the answer either, that’s what we got told today on the phone Horrendous experience!! Still waiting a reply for manager at r CEO Stuart paver”

“Visited Pavers at Linwood, Scotland this afternoon looking for everyday boots suitable for driving. Was helped by nice assistant I think was called Marion. Nothing any bother for her and I left with a pair of boots that I am very pleased with. So nice to go to a real shop and deal with real people.”

“I recently bought 2 similar pairs of Paver shoes. But both have failed in the same way. Beneath the orthopaedic insole is a series of cut outs that presumably help the shoe to flex when walking but there is the problem. A replacement insole is needed which again fails due to the cut outs. Also cracks have appeared in the rubber sole so they cannot be worn in wet weather. I do not recommend this style of shoe from Pavers. Unfortunately the photos don't show the cut outs inside the shoe towards the toes.”

“Pavers in Dobbies near Royston has very friendly and helpful staff. Even though I need a wide fit I can rely on Pavers to find just what I need, and at very competitive prices. Today I found 3 pairs for under £64 - Very happy with that!!”

“If I have bad service, I normally complain, but, I also praise when praise is due. I went to the Chirk/wrexham store looking for a pair of winter boots. I was served by a young lady called Zoe. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help me and my husband, who had a dizzy spell. She was so kind to him. So good to have a welcoming smile as we walked into the shop.”

“Managed to buy 3 pairs of lovely shoes today, 2 for work and 1 for a wedding. Super comfortable, smart and lovely looking. Prices were amazing at Ena Mill and got Blue Light discount too! I usually struggle to find good shoes as have wide feet and arch problems but know that Pavers shoes always deliver. No-one else does such high quality footwear that are super comfortable. Staff very attentive. I always prefer to try shoes on before I buy. Love that they provide small foot coverings to wear when trying the shoes on.”

“It was a pleasure to go to Pavers at Percy Thrower Garden Centre at Shrewsbury on the 30/08/22 I bought some shoes to go to a wedding and they were just what I was looking for but just slightly tight across the top of my foot so the very helpful assistant showed me some Pavers spray with two little stretchers to use to stretch my shoes, it worked perfectly so I am happy and comfortable ready for the wedding. “I placed my order on the website and paid for it. 3 days later I messaged Pavers to ask about delivery only to be told the goods were not in stock and I would have to wait 10/12working days for delivery.When I placed my order the goods were showing in stock.Surely if the goods were not in stock my money should not have been taken. Very poor customer service and in addition to this confusing email replies. Very disappointing service.”
