I was scammed by a deceitful company that promised me great returns on my investment, only to demand more and more money from me without delivering any results. I just used it on 925/2024 for the first time in years, because I needed to. I had to put in my bank account info, of course, in order to get paid for something I sold. I no longer wish to have PayPal, and contacted them in order to see why I can't remove my bank account info, or just close out PayPal. I cannot do anything, without further providing more info to the, just to update PayPal. Want photo id, bank statement, proof of address. I refuse to give them any more personal info, especially a bank statement. Without this, I cannot close PayPal, or remove bank info. My account is considered limited. Cant use the account, but that doesn't stop hackers from obtaining my info. Extremely bs on PP rules/regs. I only give them 2 stars because PP is convenient to use. Had I know about this extra info before hand, would have never used it, or provided my bank info. Something to think about before you open a PayPal account

I should have given 1*. PayPal has my address over the years and all of a sudden, they chose to change my address to Unit 3, Victoria retail Park, Crown Road, HA4 etc etc. Royal mail had 3 weeks hard time, going to wrong address with my parcel. As if that wasn't enough, my parcel from BIRMINGHA got to the UK on the 1st November and was eventually picked up almost a month after. I am fed up with PayPal that I have switched to GooglePay. I spent over half an hour on the phone to PayPal to rectify it, I was assured it has been sorted. Rubbish, the problem persists and they still have the wrong delivery address and my correct address on their system after I was told it's been sorted. Very frustrating. Google Pay is the way forward for me.

Customer service is unreliable … complicated and unclear processes. With online banking today made easy , PayPal service is useless certainly when rate is high and service is bad

My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when Mrs. Harper James came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met Mrs. Harper James. (harperjamesplatform @ gmail . com) is her personal email, I wish to recommend Mrs. Harper to anyone in recovery of loss funds. She saves me and I believe she can also save others who have run into loss.

I am now in my 2nd dispute with a bogus seller in 14 months. All paypal cars about is a legitimate tracking number. If you order and pay for an automobile, but receive a toy carm that is fine with them. If you order artwork and receive a toothpick, also fine with them. So not only do you lose your money, the willingly continue to work with unethical companies, insisting you file a complaint with the government to get money back. You are much better off without paypal, going through visa, discover, master card instead. I have been with paypal close to 20 years. After they denied my obvious fraud claim last year i cancelled my paypal credit card but kept acct. Same thing is happening again, i will be closing my acct. There is no protection. It's a gamble. Make sure you purchase from reputable websites!

I sold a very expensive iphone on Ebay & the buyer defrauded me by claiming not as described. Ebay quite quickly deduced I was innocent released the funds with me hold a cheap copy of my phone that the buyer sent back to me. Then Paypal witheld the money and in the end sided with the fraudster. Not looking at any of the facts that proved the buyer was lying. Not hearing my pleas for justice and not acknowledging the fact that Ebay's investigation deduced the buyer was guilty and Ebay closed the buyers A/C and my record as a seller was unblemished. Nonetheless Paypal released £1300 yes £1300 back to the buyer. Naturally this impacted on my financial wellbeing immensely. It cost me a relationship with the woman I was intending to marry it ruined my xmas and it brought about depession obviously bound to. I refused to allow them to ruin my personal and financial life and not reimburse me. After 6 months Paypal paid me out but the buyer got away scott free. I can tell you this fraud is going on all round the world multiple times daily and Paypal are basically complicit in aiding and abetting fraudsters to carry out their crimes and Paypal need to be answerable and held accountable in my opinion, Ask your readers to comment on their findings and if enough Ebay sellers see this review and comment then the world we become aware of what I am saying is true, Hopefully then some authorative organisation may do something about Paypals shambolic behaviour. Please all sellers that this has happenned to make a comment and maybe it will make a difference

I started well with this company, and my transactions were of very low amounts from the provision of editorial services, however they blocked my account for "not complying with the policies", I do not know what I was wrong but what I found terrible is that they do not return the money for 180 days. It seems that everything seems suspicious and you have to be sending backing everything when you ask, it's a waste of time.

Watch out for these guys. They will make account changes without your prior consent. You can have amazing record as seller buy if one dishonest customer files un-honest complaint they will side with them. Protect yourself at all costs.

Have had several issues with my Paypal professional account recently, it has got that bad that the only advice Paypal could give me was to delete my account and reset-up. This has meant our business has not transacted any credit card for over one week.
