“We visited the store last week to pick out a laptop for our daughter. The staff was all very knowledgable and helpful. We ended up going home to double check the colour that she wanted so we ended up buying it online. We got free delivery and the laptop came in 4 days. Would def recommend if you want to save on a computer.”

“Spent time going on their website for a Sony Tv which was supposedly available for home delivery and collect in store. Could get it to go to check out eventually phoned customer service to be told website out of date and goods now only available in a bundle. I am cross that I have wasted some much time I won´t use this site again. Alison Taylor - Unbeatable.co.uk”

“I am researching for a camcorder to suit myself and visited my Kingston-upon-Thames branch of P.C.World. I was trying to find some info, when a guy called (I think) Carl, came up to my wife & I, and was particularly help in all aspects. He asked me what was my interest in the use of the camcorder, explained the need, in my view, NOT to have a hardisk or HD. I was particularly interested in the Panasonic (they have a deal for this model of under £200) and did not in my mind, try to sell me anything. I am still doing my research, but I thought this chap was helpfull polite and could not give us enough information. I think this chap needs a pat on the back for service. I will certainly go back to Buy (Not only for a camcorder) Good luck to this chap (I think he may have been the manager or something in a high position. Or he definately needs to be given a high position). Don Jolliffe - Unbeatable.com”
