“Rubbish customer service at Blackpool store. My wife got item thrown at her plus got told no stock anther customer walked out I'll buy from Amazon”

“my laptop brock within 3 months of purchase. it has been 3 weeks and still not fixed. no communication and when i phoned yesterday i was on the phone for over 20 mins tobe told it may take more than another week.”

“prices are way too high compared to other shops, most of the time when you show up to the shop they never have the items in stock so you just basically waste your time and effort.”

“Spent time going on their website for a Sony Tv which was supposedly available for home delivery and collect in store. Could get it to go to check out eventually phoned customer service to be told website out of date and goods now only available in a bundle. I am cross that I have wasted some much time I won´t use this site again. Alison Taylor - Unbeatable.co.uk”
