“Extremely disappointing experience. This company has completely failed to deliver on its promises. I was given a specific delivery date, which they assured me would be met, but the computer never arrived on time. To make matters worse, this was supposed to be a birthday present, and their failure to honour the agreed delivery date completely ruined the surprise. And the problems don't end there. After finally receiving the computer, I discovered that the USB ports on the front panel don't even work! For a brand-new computer, this is simply unacceptable. Between the missed delivery, the disappointment of having no birthday present on the promised day, and receiving a faulty product, this has been an absolutely appalling experience. A company that cannot meet its delivery commitments or ensure that the products it sells actually work should seriously reconsider its standards of customer service and quality control. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely disgraceful service.”

“Very helpful staff on live chat, email and phone Had to amend my order a few times and they still got my PC built and out to me in like 5 days (from placing to build to delivered) My second build from here and certainly not my last :)”

“PC Specialist is probably one of the best companies out there for custom-made PCs. It's the second time I've bought a PC from them, and they've always been very professional throughout the whole process, from the lead-up to placing the order. They even send a sneak peek before it ships. They use top-notch components. New graphics cards and processors are always being released, but I'm sure these PCs will last. If you’re looking for a professional-grade workstation or a gaming PC, this is the place to go.”

Quick and easy to order with very respectable prices, and with it being my first ever PC, the guys at PC Specialist were very helpful with any enquiry’s I had. “Revised English version: Pcspecialiste is excellent — the packaging, the service, and the quality of the assembly are all perfect. I advise them to check the DPD carrier. For buyers, I recommend tracking the carrier and waiting for the package in front of your home. I had to retrieve it so it wouldn’t get stolen.”

“Buying from here has been an exceptional experience. I easily built a custom PC using their online configuration form (which provides great feedback and checking to ensure it all works). Reviewing their policies I was also very happy with the levels of warranty provided. Once ordered i got plenty of updates over email on progress of my order, and just before receiving the PC got lots of useful info on what I need to do to get started. No issues whatsoever on booting the PC, no bloatware I can see either, and all the specs the PC reports match what I ordered. Couldn't be more happy; an easy recommend to anyone looking for high quality PC from a clearly high quality company.”

“Clear communication through build and testing process. Laptop performance as fast as expected. Build quality seems to be good. Significant fan noise. System console software is not great, case LED effects are limited. Built in sound card is terrible! Bass noise through speakers when laptop is shutdown.”

“Although due to health I've not finished installing this rig I have to admit: PC specialist offer a stellar unparalleled service ive never seen in another company. Fully customizable, easy to use and understand setup pages before you buy. Emails with updates during every step of the build on their end including dispatch and courier tracking and at one point I got a 3d photo of the building process. Offers for warranty and I even got gifted games as part of promotions with certain brands as a nice surprise. As a newcomer to pc after a 20 year hiatus from the hobby I highly recommend these guys they know what they're doing and will communicate every step of the way. This should be the gold standard for online stores.”

“ordered my pc on a monday evening, every step of the process was documented and I was updated as an when things changed, prices are very good considering the whole debate of prebuilds being way more expensive, easy to use to configure my own build and was ready and usable by friday morning. would recommend, very good company and very professional build”
