“I loved the overall experience when dealing with PC Specialist - ordering was simple, communication throughout was excellent and delivery was swift. The product has been astounding and any queries I’ve raised have been dealt with patiently - providing reassurance where needed. I’d recommend them to everyone and would certainly use them again. “Spec was agreed on in 10 mins, emails back and forth whilst I was on phone. Quote received and order placed. Delivery spot on. It was always professional and even when I had a query after goods had been delivered (post 2 weeks) it was sorted out immediately via quick assist.”

“PC was built and sent in a short amount of time, the only reason it didn’t come even sooner was because I placed the order just before a bank holiday. The website’s tracker for a build is fantastic and well informed, they even send you a 360 scan of your build before beginning tests in case you have a query! Choosing parts also couldn’t have been easier when making an order, they even have a system to tell you if bits are incompatible or other potential errors with your selection.”

“No nonsense down to earth business. The process of building the PC is useful and logical. Good Value and quick build time To my recollection this the seventh purchase in which I have been involved. A sudden motherboard failure of a much upgraded six year old machine, from PCS forced me to spend almost £1,000 at PCW. At two years one month ago, the PCS delivery time, due to component problems, was too long.”

“I've ordered 2 desktops and 1 laptop over the last 20 years, each time from PC Specialist due to the service and support on their building system and help from staff. The builds have each lasted well past shelf life and I'll likely be back in 10+ years after this desktop purchase”

“I recently got my first gaming desktop from PCSpecialist and I was very pleased with the entire process. Picking the parts was easy and if anything was incompatible it would tell me the problem in detail. I opted for 3 day fast track and was very impressed that considering there was a minor issue in the testing phase, it was dispatched very quickly and packaged well for delivery. As for the minor issue, I was contacted by phone to say the build wouldn't post with RGB RAM installed but worked with the none RGB variant. They made sure I was happy to proceed and provided a refund for the difference between RGB and non RGB. It was some of the best customer support and communication I've ever recieved. I'll be writing a in depth hardware and PCS experience review on a website that I write for as well... but I'm very happy.”
