“I'm a returning customer after many years (remember Win XP?). Very easy to configure a PC to a price point on the website. Regular communication during the build process, providing a useful 360 degree picture of the PC. Received the PC a week after order. Fantastic build quality inside and the enclosed case manual illustrated how to install addition optical, HDD and SSD drives from my old PC. Customer support was able to resolve my query efficiently. PC Specialist remain my go to store for computing devices. Highly recommended.”

“I bought a laptop with a high spec for a very reasonable price. So far it seems spot on in terms of build quality and functions as I’d expect. Still getting used to some of the functionality and occasionally the fans have been a bit noisy but have yet to fully investigate power profiles. The instruction booklet which came with it had general info relating more to desktops than laptops, so the one star off was for that. A booklet with info on functionality and info on ports specific to the chosen laptop model would be nice; although I guess most people choosing a custom laptop have a fair idea what they’re doing. For me personally a bit of info on power profiles (and fan noise) might have been handy.”

“Ordering the pc was a breeze The pre built options were easy to understand changing items was great and easy to do. It was like building your own pc. Once done it did not take long for it to arrive (5 days ). It came packed in a well Secured box and packaged well. All round a great service.”

“Have nice and easy to use online configuration tool, that checks your selections (in case of incompatibility). The ordering process was easy also. After a couple of days of seemingly no progress with my order, the build and testing was rapidly completed. The delivery was the usual non-event, although it was the first time I've needed to give a PIN number (emailed to me by PC Specialist when the PC was dispatched) to the driver (makes sense, given the value of the PC). As soon as I got the PC, checked it out, removed all of the packaging (including foam packing inside the PC), plugged it in, and installed Linux (Mint Cinnamon) - did not order/pay for Windows - which works a treat.”
