Everything happened within 2 weeks from ordering the computer. Was kept upto date via emails all the way through the process. Returns and refund no idea. Not been needed.

Cause the product you are getting is top quality ( unless you want to upgrade you ll never return anything to them ).

However I did make a mistake on the initial order and this was rectified and refunded without issue, this was before the PC had been delivered so again I can't really comment on the returns process but certainly the Customer Service I experienced was more than satisfactory.

From first to last my experience was excellent. I did shop around but no one, I found, matched the easy to use web site, or the range of components on offer. You're kept informed about delivery and were spot on. Pricing was competitive but it wasn't my main concern. The documentation included is a great help in getting the computer "setup". I have had no returns or other issues to date. Well done PC Specialist.

Lovely little machine. Laptops have certainly got lighter, smaller and considerably more powerful. Having spent a whole day debloating windows 10 I am now functioning as I want to. Customer service was good on line, price is what you are prepared to pay, and thankfully (and hopefully) I won't need to access the refunds and returns...
