I can’t thank the PDSA enough I did not really have it but still made a small donation as without there service and helping our pet we would have been stuck not really knowing what to do.

I love reading the negative reviews Have anybody realised it’s a charity and it’s not your right to use them? You are all quick to complain they aren’t taking on new patients but perhaps if many didn’t run them into the ground in the diary place they would probably be able to offer a full service and staff would want to be there instead of being abused by idiots (which I have witnessed) How about you either be thankful they are helping your pet in the first place and did deep.

A few days later, I took my French bulldog to a private vet where, I was informed that it was not ivdd just a bad hip that was slightly sliding out of place, but not IVDD, so not only did they get the diagnosis completely wrong at the PDSA, but service I received on that particular day was incredibly bad which is disappointing because every other time it has been excellent, which was a great shame.

Admittedly I think they don't always give same level of vet service as private but pay private if that's what you want! I've seen too many people with expensive cars and dogs are PDSA who if they can afford those, why do they need PDSA? Means the needs of those with out money don't get highest levels of care the PDSA used to be able to provide.

PDSA Wolverhampton , vet was excellent with my cat, however a couple of the reception staff need some customer service training.
