“Outstanding service from beginning to end. They even sent me a personal video of my product to examine right after it was custom made from their shop right before shipping it to me. Arrived quickly and it perfect shape. Excellent craftsmanship as well. My pedestal was to be used to display a jellyfish tank in my recording studio and it far surpasses my expectations 👍🏼”

“This company has the best communication and customer service of any company I have dealt with. They inform you constantly about the status of your order and their shipping is prompt. Because we had a problem with the delivery - not the fault of the Pedestal Source - I had to be in touch and they were wonderful in their help and follow-up. Could not recommend them more highly.”

“My brushed aluminum pedestal was produced on time and is a piece of art in itself. The most amazing thing was that I got a video from the shop room floor showing me the completed pedestal right before it was shipped. That video demonstrated the artistic pride that employees have in their workmanship.”

“Love dealing with Pedestal Source. Last time I used them I had a custom pedestal done that came out beautiful. This time I needed something simpler. The pedestal came within a week! Whenever I order something, I usually want it “yesterday” so the quick delivery is great.would highly recommend. They never disappoint!!”

“I made a mistake on my initial order and needed a larger size. It is unfortunate that you couldn't wave the restocking fee especially since I ordered another pedestal. I'm not likely to order from you again.”

“This company is top notch in every aspect. The pedestal arrived safely because the packing was perfect. It looks amazing! The craftsmanship was such so that you can tell no shortcuts were taken. They sent a personalized video to me on the day it shipped out to give me a sneak peek which was very exciting. Shipping was fast. Customer service is extremely responsive and very nice as well.”
