“Everything about my purchase was seamless. The pedestal arrived on a timely basis and was packed perfectly. The video I received in advance of the delivery showed how it was packaged; it was a nice personal touch. The directions which described how to remove the pedestal safely were well organized. The pedestal arrived in perfect condition, is well made and meets all my expectations.”
