“I had placed an order for the 18x18x42 Black Satin Pedestal and it arrived damaged, having several cracks in it. Pedestal Source quickly shipped out another pedestal and it arrived in perfect condition. I appreciate their customer service.”

“I love this pedestal. The only thing I had trouble with was getting the plastic, that covers the light, off. It took a suction cup. Also, do not use more wattage then recommended, as it melted the plastic cover.”

“These pedestals are fantastic. They even have little rubber feet to keep me from damaging the bottoms. Follow the unpacking illustrations! There is no easier way to unpack. Don’t throw away the cardboard corner protectors. They’re very handy when transporting these beauties to shows, if needed. I highly recommend these pedestals.”

“Pedestal Source was great to use for my display case need and will definitely use it again for future needs. The customer service was excellent, to say the least. I asked for an update and received a response almost immediately with much detail. My communications back and forth that followed were pleasant and the order was shipped shortly after and arrived in perfect timing for a presentation with some company executives. When the item was finished, I was sent a link to a couple short videos of the products describing my order and showing the product that was just finished. I thought this was an awesome personal touch, and would love to see more companies match that kind of pride in their work and customer service. Thank you Pedestal Source!”
