Purchased my first bag of Peet's Coffee yesterday at Kroger. It's less than a $1 shy of 3 times the price I pay for Seattle's Best, but I thought I would splurge and try the Costa Rica blend, with Plum and Brown Sugar. As was looking forward to trying it, but was so disappointed when it had no plum, sugar or sweet flavor at all? It's regular coffee! Is this a trick or are flavorings SO weak? I am going back to the Seattle's Best and save $7 /lb.!! What a complete ripoff!!

Second time the App doesn’t work for me It was a nightmare trying to get help and refund. Now happening again it doesn’t let me finish my order. I reloaded $30 and can’t use the App again

I was in silver spring store on 06/08/21,after I got my coffee, I decided sit inside for a while to enjoy my coffee, in about 3 minutes, the guy came over, and told me as they are closing in few minutes to collect ur stuff and leave the premises in disrespectful manner. I couldn't believe what he said. I have never experienced. I am not sure how the management handle such bad apple employee.

I have been a Peet's customer for more than 7 years. I did another order online last week and never receive my package. I wait for a whole week then email to ask. It was 1am and I got one auto response first then received another just 2 minutes later that my order was fulfilled. It was a gift. I called the next day to check whether it can be arrived on time and they told me no. They do not rush my order to make the time as it originally should be. They just refunded me and don't care about customers. H

The coffee havana was tasty, but not too hot. The ham and swiss had dry ham dry bread, meager size. I almost returned it but I was starved. Not the greatest experience. Lexi who helped me was good and service quick. The ham n swiss left MUCH to be desired

I tried a subscription online. My card was expired, so I put a new one online. That was July 6, 2020. I still don't have any coffee. I have emailed and get no reply. I will find a new source for coffee. Too difficult to deal with them.

UNFORTUNATELY, I had an issue with the store directly giving me old coffee. I was told that I could possibly be refunded for the coffee online so that I would not have to drive all the way back to the store for a refund. However when I called Customer Service , I was immediately brushed off and treated horribly. You know the sadist thing is that I'm a huge Starbuck's fan and a good friend of mine told me to try out Peet's. I left another vendor that I really enjoyed to try your coffee. YOU GUYS really put a bad taste in my mouth and that's not good for a stellar coffee company. Please find a way to refund me for my inconvenience and if you don't want new customers, I understand!

Peet's definition of a subscription and my definition are not the same. Because I am wrong I own 3 pounds of Kenya Auction Lot instead of 3 pounds of Kalosi. Peet's is a very arrogant company. Policies are changed without any communication with patrons, grinding criteria changed, sweetener brands were changed by elimination of all but one. Order Kalosi and be corrected by the clerk to use the new full name, Sulawesi-Kalosi. I will replace Peet's with another provider of Kalosi coffee.

On January 19th at approximately 1:00 pm, I heard a female customer complaining about the service as she walked by me. I asked her what was wrong and oddly coincidentally with her back to the register and facing me she claimed that Marta, the staff member behind the register er had been rude to her and began to explain some back and forth dialogue between she and Marta that seemed really uncalled for by the staff member. As she was explaining this to me, Marta at the top of her loudest voice, looked right at us and said, “of course, here we go. Look at those two.” Marta obviously knew I would be sharing my similar experiences of her to this customer and her partner that was standing next to her. I just told the customer to talk to the manager and to let them know. She said she would but seemed really upset about the exchange that went down. If you can’t serve customers without attitude maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service related jobs. Or when you are wrong about an exchange, apologize and mAke right by it. I had that moment with the manager realizing my exchange with him and apologized for my own part but the bar should be set high for employees choosing to work in a customer service environments. I was amazed that another customer had the exact same type of interactions with Marta that I had had-now I avoid her at all costs, if she is behind the bar making drinks, I walk out and go to Starbucks across the street. If she is onn register I wait for the second register employee to help me. I had another customer just weeks ago who was in line in front of me and turned around to me and complained about treatment by this same employee Marta. As this customer was telling me how rude Marta was to her, Marta began to yell. “Oh look at those two talking, of course they would”... I told the customer to complain to a manager. On March 23rd, with the virus epidemic, I went to Peetes and Marta was behind the counter at the pastry area. Sam was on bar. I was being helped by. Kind male employee, Jason or Jonathan-I get them mixed up in names but he was wearing a glove to do the cash transactions and was careful using his other hand for food. He asked Marta to get my muffin. She got the muffin in a bag and tossed it across the counter near take out. The cashier asked her to warm it up. She took the bag and just tossed the bag and muffin into the microwave without first removing the muffin as always done to warm it up on a sheet. I told the cashier that was unacceptable. He then told her he would warm up another one and she proceeded to speak about me to Sam behind the bar within ear shot. I can’t even believe someone like this is allowed to work in customer service. A bully, a horrible human being who makes the coffee experience miserable when she is working. Not to many companies would tolerate such conduct. I live next door and love the coffee and the other employees are very kind. Unreal.

Everytime I walk in the shop, I'm always greeted with a smile, which makes me happy. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. Their coffee selection is great, and they have a lot more than Starbucks. There's usually only 1 person working there, and usually during lunchtime there's a string of customers coming in, so the time you have to wait to receive what you ordered may increase. But there's no reason to be rude about it. Amid the crisis that we are in this year with the virus, they are thankfully still open, but they do close at 3 pm now until further notice and they can only do carry-out. I'm just grateful they are still open. I am in love with their Iced Lavender Tea Latte, and it helps to calm me down, plus it just tastes so good.

Congratulations on the rape of a once quaint little shop on 4th Street in Santa Rosa. If you wanted to look like Starbucks well you spend a hell of a lot of money to do it. 7 people standing in line to use the one restroom sensing your wisdom you chose to rip out the other one in the remodel. I won't be back and I've been coming there for 5 years.

My name is Kimberly Harris and a resident in the NOMA District of Washington DC! I have been rocking with your NOMA Peet’s location since day 1 of its opening and consider it to be the BEST Coffee ever to have been introduced to mankind! Please see the photo I have attached of what I experience every morning when I receive my Orange Mocha w/whip! Michaela and her staff are ALL ROCKSTARS and make the BEST Orange Mocha w/whip cream I have ever tasted in my life! Peet’s products are so stellar that many consumers don’t care about the price of the products and just want the best for their money! Thanks Peet’s for being awesome and hopefully the NOMA crew will receive a recognition from Corporate real soon! Stay bless🙏🏾

Peet's is killing it with the new flavors they've been putting out! The recent favorites of mine are the cold brew fogs and black tie cold brews. The employees are always super down to earth and happy to serve.

I started ordering peetes coffee 2 yrs ago. The first order I made was great...every sense that first order it's been downhill. I have literally got 5 e mails telling me it will be delivered this day then change for another day by the end of the e mails I am completely confused and ask in a e mail politely when will the order be delivered, never get a straight answer. I have paid for 2 day shipping and it takes a week and half to get the order, I ask why and the answer is the fed-ex truck broke down the truck had mecganical troubles and then they are not responsible for getting it to me on time it was out of their hands. I ask for the 2 day shipping to be refunded and i was told no! It was not theur fault!!! This happens EVERY TIME I order. This is the absolute worst company I have had to deal with for orders. I will never order from thus company again. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone

I have been drinking loose leaf Peet's Scottish Breakfast Tea for close to ten years and buy it by the pound. I just opened my first bag since the merger with Mighty Leaf and it is a different tea. I called to ask if they changed the blend and they denied it had. When I tried to leave a polite review on Peet's site that it has changed, they refused to post it. I took the tea to my favorite local coffee & tea store and they agreed. The local company's founder was mentored by Peet several decades ago and they have always bought Peet's tea but stopped when the quality dropped after Peet's combination with Mighty Leaf. I am sad to report that Peet's seems to have gone the way of all too many good companies. They grew too big and have left quality and even honesty behind.
