“I needed some Waterman's ink cartridges of a specific colour. I have been writing with the same colour for some 40 years. Unfortunately, Waterman's have changed the names of their colour range. Amber was extremely helpful in finding the correct ink and letting me know all the details. I will certainly deal with Pen and Paper in future.”

“I bought a new Cross pen as a birthday present for my wife. The choice was excellent, the prices good compared with other well known outlets. Delivery was fairly quick although it took 3-4 days to arrive. It was well packed and just as described on the website. I would shop here again and recommend”

“Ordered a Waterman fountain pen to complete my set with blue/black ink. Within a few minutes of completing the order I recieved a phone call telling me that they did not have the ink I requested. I chose another and they included extra as a goodwill gesture. The pen arrived by courier a day later. Top service, fair price, quick delivery, cracking customer relations, job done, would shop here again and would recommend to anyone.”
