“Excellent service, my original order was incorrect (my mistake) and Pen and Paper couldn’t have been more helpful allowing me to return the incorrect pen and re-order the correct one, which arrived the very next day, Superb service I’ll endevour to use more shops like this in the future - It’s not all about the big online stores!!!”

“I can not fault the service that I was provided by Pen & Paper. The products were all sent quickly and well packed. They have even sent me a note that the range I purchase is due to go up in price with good time that I can go and purchase more I feel I want to before the price increase.”
