“I recently pre-ordered a fountain pen from here and despite forgetting to collect it for two weeks and then calling to change it to a delivery order. They were more than helpful and sent it out to me free of charge. Great service and I intend to shop here again.”

“Nothing was too much trouble for Lily & the Team. Emails flew back & forth. Ball point pen refills, unavailable here in Australia, were checked against my photo & dispatched promptly. A small item, but tremendous service. Sorry I live so far away!!”

“Lovely, friendly independent shop which I always visit when in Cardiff. I love that they actually let you try a pen before you buy it, which is too much trouble for a certain high street shop whose name also involves the word 'paper'! Bought from their website recently, great price and quick delivery.”

“Fantastic shop. Its the equivalent (to me) of a wand shop to Harry Potter,..I pray that shops like this never close! A fantastic array of all the things I love, with knowledgable, helpful staff providing superb service. Heartily recommended! Go in, but a proper pen, buy proper paper and makes someone’s day/week/year with a proper handwritten letter!!”
