“love writing with my new pen. it arrived super quickly in an envelope which fit through the letter box (no annoying trip to the post office). the free ink was appreciated too.”

“Whether it’s over the phone, or in person my purchase experiences are always very helpful and often fun when sharing pen knowledge. Items are always well packaged and arrive in a timely fashion. On the rare occasion there was an issue it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The people at Pen and Paper are a delight to do business with and we never miss them when we visit the beautiful little arcade in Cardiff. Highly recommended.”

“I was deliberating over the Conklin All American fountain pen because of some issues that online reviewers had mentioned and also couldn't decide on colour. Melissa checked my queries with the supplier and reassured me that earlier QC problems with the brand had been resolved. I ordered at a great price and my fabulous pen arrived within 2 days. Great company to deal with and when I eventually get to Cardiff again I'll definitely take a trip down the arcades to find the shop.”

“A good mix of items and presented beautifully. I loved the slim washi tape rolls - I now use them in my journal regularly - but did not like on the chunky pen with intergral sticky notes as it's too heavy and wide for me to use, and I ended up giving it away. The cards, however, were gorgeous and I was, overall, happy with the one-off purchase, and would buy again as a surprise treat for myself or a friend.”
