“Despite being unable to fulfill my online order for a new paperblanks diary, the pen and paper team went out of their way to equip me via email with all the information about possible alternatives allowing to select one perfect for my (rather exacting) requirements. They were prompt and very pleasant, and my new diary arrived within 48hours. Thanks folks.”
